This is a private 2-bedroom cottage. The owner does little things to help the guests feel welcome. We find it very convenient for visiting our daughter's family in nearby Gotha. We have stayed here multiple times.

This guest house is beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very welcoming and communicative, and overall staying here allowed us to return to a nice quiet sanctuary each night after a busy day at the parks. I would absolutely stay here again!

Home Away from Home

Exactly as described. Beds were extremely comfortable! Our trip to Orlando was a “working” vacation for us and this was a very cozy place to relax at the end of the day.

Nice Private Cottage

Well-appointed, separate structure including 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living area. Located in a convenient area for many local attractions. Structure is in like-new condition. As a senior couple visiting the area, our needs were very well accommodated. We will likely visit again.

Wonderful guest house

What a lovely property! Used it as a base while my daughter was competing in a USTA tournament and it was perfect! Loved the location. Unbelievably peaceful. Such beautiful decor. Very comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Fabulous Boutique Style Stay

This 2 bedroom had everything needed, and then some. The decor was stunning, simple, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything needed, the bedrooms made you feel you were being spoiled. We were only 20 minutes from our kids in WinterGarden. Total privacey, security, and sweet ammenities provided. Host extremely welcoming and available if needed. WE highly highly recommend.

Extended Stay to Visit Family

We rented Orlando Happy House for 16 nights. This guest house was perfect for our extended visit to see our newest granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law. The space is comfortable and tastefully designed. We both slept well on the very comfortable beds and pillows. The robes were a nice luxury item. We prepared meals in the well equipped studio kitchen, planning meals that didn't require an oven. The only addition I might suggest would be a toaster. The house was supplied with plenty of paper products, etc. for our needs. We appreciated the on-site laundry as well. Location was very quiet and convenient for us. The grocery stores, the gym and our daughter's apartment were all within a 6 minute drive. My husband took several morning walks through this and adjoining neighborhoods. We used our Roku because we like to watch network TV. Communication with the host was great! When I asked for a colander, it was hanging on our door when we returned that evening. :) If we plan another extended visit, we would definitely stay here again!
