The BEST vacation we ever had!!! We took our kids and their significant others to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! The views from the villa were truly sensational and the house was clean. It was great that we had seats on the beach reserved. At night, we sat outside in the hut and played cards. The only thing is we wished you could access the second floor of the home without going outside. It worked for us because our children are adults. We loved having the vendors on the beach for fun drinks and food and the upbeat music. We did the jet skis and highly recommend the 4 hour snorkeling catamaran. Dana was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants. We ate at Seven, Las Brias, Coco Bistro, and Grace’s cottage. All had great food. We enjoyed The Ritz Carlton Casino then we watched fireworks on the beach for New Year’s Eve. It was beautiful. We would definitely book this villa again if we come back!

Perfect Location. We loved the privacy and quality of the beach. The right balance of activity and relaxation. The hosts are wonderful at communicating prior to your stay, taking all the stress out of a vacation in another country. The home is in great condition and is big enough to spread out.

Stayed with our family including a 3 year old. Felt very safe and the home was lovely. Right on the water. Beautiful weather. The hosts were terrific throughout the trip.

Gorgeous and calm

My family, ranging from ages 70 to 2 years old stayed here for a week. We found the property had everything we needed, and the beach was calm and stunning. We did have to drive quite a bit to any activities, groceries, or restaurants.

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation.

Paradise!

There were 8 of us celebrating a 40th birthday and this place was perfection! Being able to walk right down to the beach, having our own chairs and umbrellas, and the pool was amazing. There were many places for people to be in the shade, relax and read, or just be alone. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable; also they were very communicative. On the beach, you have a food and couple drink vendors (mocktail smoothies too) who are very friendly. We did a couple water sport activities too, that were right there. We are already planning our next stay!!!

Family Vacation Blessing

I had an amazing time with my wife and kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a great time! The kids had a great time. We were all sad when it was time to leave. We will definitely come back next year.

Two Family Get Away

What an amazing place. Accommodated an early checkin with flight change Owners emailed prompt, AC was great in the hot weather.. pool was clean and refreshing.... Quiet and on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 of us with two separate family areas. Would 100% rent again :)

Paradise

The location is absolutely perfect - the most calm water on the island and is perfect for children. Would recommend renting a car since you are not close to activities, restaurants etc.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great, relaxing time, location couldn't be better. Property was large and spacious and very clean. Separation of upstairs and downstairs was a little inconvenient but it also allows for a degree of extra privacy. The beach and ocean were fabulous and spotless, nearby vendors weren't too noisy and proved to be very convenient. Dana and Scott were gracious hosts.

Vacation of a lifetime

Crystal sands is absolute paradise. Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay. The home is right on the beach. You can rent jet skies, paddle boards etc right from the beach. It’s a great area for young kids as the water is very calm. Looking forward to heading back next year. Thank you Dana and scott for the easy check in and checking out process. I would very much recommend staying here.

AMAZING Property

LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options while on the beach. They were friendly and we had no issues whatsoever.

Loved it!

I loved this place, location, views spectacular ,house/bedroom setup great, friendliness, helpfulness of the owner’s- awesome . Exceptional !!! the inside cleanliness of the house could be better and furniture needs updating; Those are easy fixes! Buttttt Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place but lousy neighbors

I would give the house, owners and location a 10 out of 10. The ONLY negative was a group of beach bars manned by locals who played rap music from noon till 10 pm every day. The music was loud enough for everyone on the beach to (enjoy?) it. I would like to say we got used to it, but the best we could do was tolerate it.All the house owners on the beach are trying to get the local authorities to get them to stop or at least turn the volume down. If they are successful, it would be a fantastic place with a 10 out of 10 rating. We were a group of 4 couples. The house was perfect for us and we still had a great time despite the annoying music and inconsiderate locals.

Coconut Beach Villa

From the moment we walked into our Villa, we knew we picked the perfect place for our family - eight adults, an eleven month old and a toddler. The beach was amazing! Our toddler loved walking out 100 ft and floating in the clear beautiful aqua water. The pool was also another attraction for all of us. Our host, Dana, was attentive and very helpful with recommendations for excursions and dinner recommendations. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to come back! The last words our toddler sad was, “I’m so sad to leave, I want to stay here forever!”

Perfection

I have been asked many times since being home how my trip was, and perfect has been the only word to describe it. This is entirely due to the house, it is beautiful, safe, clean, and accommodating. We travelled as a group of 9 (ages 12-64) and had ample space. The proximity to the beach and beauty of the water will have you in awe. We are already talking about going back because we can’t imagine finding another house in the Caribbean that matches everything this house had to offer.Quick tips if you rent. If you plan to cook meals take the trip to IGA as they will have everything you need. We tried a few of the local super markets and they just didn’t have enough for a large group to eat a healthy meal.If you want to save money on beer and alcohol buy directly from Turks Head Brewery. They have local liquor in the gift shop.

Scott and Dana Jurak have been coming to Provo since 2002 and they have lived here for almost the entire time. They own and operate Crystal Sands Villa and Coconut Beach Villa. Both feel that they have never had a better job experience!

After having visited many, many Caribbean islands, we fell in love! We had never seen such sugary sand and such crystal clear water! We knew we had to find a way to make it our home. Having a vacation villa is the perfect solution! We LOVE our guests and we love the happy stories that abound!

Crystal Sands Villa is on one of the most spectacular beaches imaginable, Sapodilla Bay Beach, nick named The Children's Beach! It is one of the few villas that is organized as a duplex. Groups of adult friends find they all have equivalent spaces, right on the beach. Multi-generational families find that they can spend time with their families, yet still have some private space. This beach at Sapodilla Bay is unparallelled!
