Three Cays Villa is an oceanfront four bedroom four bath masterpiece . It has a small beach immediately behind villa which appears during low tide. The views from this 'Taj Mahal in the tropics' are endless and mesmerizing. It was completely renovated in the last three years and has a brand new and substantially expanded guest house just completed. The guest house was demolished and is new in every respect. It is the villa’s most romantic and compelling area. Additionally, the villa has a new kitchen and new stainless steel appliances made by Thermador. It has granite countertops, lighting, complete with an island with sitting for six, etc. All bathrooms in the main structure are brand new, complete with luxurious vanities, granite counter tops and glass enclosed showers. Upstairs, both rooms have ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom has been totally reconfigured with a massive picture window facing the ocean to allow one to view it while laying in bed. Furniture throughout the house is also brand new. There are are new windows and doors throughout the villa with a colossal opening leading out to the exterior terrace and it is graced with sliding pocket doors which may be completely opened to one side to allow trade winds to flow through the villa.
Sit by the pool in the fully landscaped gardens or lounge by the ocean on the large coral stone tile patio. For those who love to snorkel, Three Cays Villa is named as such, because directly behind the villa are three natural reefs teeming with sea life.

House is in a nice neighborhood where you can get away from the bustle of Grace Bay. Pictures don’t show the beauty of the view and water that is right outside the villa. Villa is as advertised. Hermes was our personal chef for the week and was excellent! Great recommendation from the host and highly recommend doing. The villa had everything we needed. The beach chairs were great to use when we went to Taylor Bay beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the beds. Also appreciated that the air conditioning and fans in the villa worked well for us on some hot days.

We had such an excellent week at 3 Cays Villa! The villa is exactly as described and as photos show. Eduardo and Claudia were extremely responsive for all questions and concerns both before and during our stay. We had a peaceful vacation, just enjoying the house, the water, the pool, sun, and sand! My three kids were able to learn how to kayak, we rented waverunners from VitaminSea and they brought them to us! We visited Half Moon Bay again through Island Vibes, and dined at Indigo and Coco Bistro - all fantastic experiences! Can't wait to come back - We'd love to book the villa again!

Great and quick to respond owners. Villa is amazing and owners were thoughtful on the details from a well appointed kitchen and accessories to the phone chargers and so much more. Amazing property that was just as advertised. We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the pool, decks, covered areas, kitchen and bedrooms. Easy stroll from pool to the ocean and once in, you can walk out on the soft sand quite a distance. Kitchen is top notch with all the necessary accessories for dining in. Can’t wait to go back.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The blue water views are breathtaking! We spent 7 days here and would have loved to have stayed longer! The teenagers loved the kayaks, swimming in the pool and sun bathing. The outdoor dining areas were a perfect place for us to enjoy dinner and the amazing views together. We hope to go back soon!

Amazing Villa

The villa is absolutely amazing! All 6 off us loved the villa. The gazebo, pool and the beach house were all wonderful. Pictures dont do the villa justice. Host and property manager were all very responsive. We will def be back to this house. The ocean water is amazing and you can walk to the island in the water.
