Sunset Beach Dreams

Our beachfront house is only 15 feet from the water's edge. The only way to be closer to the sea is to be in a boat! The house was built in 2009 and is sturdily made of insulated concrete. Each bedroom has its own balcony access overlooking the sea. Comfortable beds, as well as a nice kitchen and indoor living areas, enhance your relaxing, beach experience. The crystal clear water right in front of the house is perfect for snorkeling and beach fun! reach out for long term rates. Master bedroom has a king bed, with an en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor balcony overlooking the sea. Guest bedroom has 2 double beds, and access to bathroom across hall. Sliding glass doors provide access to the large balcony. Living area has a kitchen and lounge areas. Sliding glass doors also lead out to the balcony from here. Lounge on the couches and chairs on the balcony. Read a book. Listen to the waves. Have a snack. Play cards. Enjoy the sunsets. Whatever you desire to do to relax and enjoy!!! Enjoy exploring the quaint town of Fredriksted just a few minutes away, or you can take a short drive to the beautiful town of Christiansted. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, lovely architecture, and friendly people!!

This is a beautiful property located on the best side of the island. We brought our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren with us this time, and they all fell in love with the property and the island! We will return!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had the pleasure of staying a week at the property and loved every moment. We especially enjoyed spending time on the spacious balcony looking out to the ocean and listening to the waves. The interior of the property was well kept, clean and had all the things you needed, and the exterior provided a wonderful beach! In addition, Stuart was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Beautiful Views

Family Girls Trip. Great stay, house had everything we needed! Balcony overlooking the water to see the sunset. Private beach where we could snorkle, kayak, paddleboard right from the house. Location was walkable to town. Only drawback was house was being painted while we were there, we were not prepared to have men on ladders at the bathroom windows!

Perfect sunset view!

This property was very clean and well equipped for a family of 4. The view was stunning! When sitting on the balcony, it was as if we were floating over the ocean. The outdoor and indoor furniture was very comfortable, too! Lots of beach towels to use so save the room in the suitcase and leave the towels at home. The beach area was perfect for noodle floating, snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding all of which the property provides. Additionally, it was a very easy walk to the town center to check out the vendors when the cruise ships were in. We would recommend renting a car though for trips to the grocery store and other sightseeing. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property or book again in the future.

Best Vacation Ever

I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and have never seen one as clean and well maintained as this. It was just as the pictures showed and was beautiful Everything we needed was there plus little extra touches. The house is very convenient to the airport, groceries, shopping and restaurants. The water was so close and we had our own private beach. Fun having the paddleboards and kayaks available to use. Will be planning on coming back next winter.

Great family getaway!

This property is amazing and has everything we needed and more! Our two boys (10 and 12) spent days snorkeling in the water right behind the house. We used the kayaks and paddle boards as well. It is such a close proximity to the Frederickstead pier which also has AMAZING snorkeling (you can NOT jump off the pier, by the way!). The sunset views were stunning and we are every meal outside. We are already looking to come back in August!

LOVED this home!

What a gem! This home was perfect for our family of three. Great layout, the kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals at home, the beds and linens were comfortable. We spent hours on the back porch overlooking the water and very much appreciated having access to two kayaks and two paddleboards--we set-off from the beach several times for snorkeling in our 'backyard' (bring water shoes as it's a rocky bottom and there are urchins) and a favorite evening was spent paddling to the Pier for a sunset snorkel (not to be missed!). The home also offered snorkel gear, life jackets, pool floats, beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, etc. Such thoughtful amenities for guests. The home is well situated for exploring the island--an end to end drive is no longer than 45 min. We're already assessing our calendar for a return trip to STX and will absolutely re-book this home.

AMAZING! PERFECTION! This house is incredible. Stop searching and book here. Everything you could possibly want. Sunsets and rainbows literally everyday right from the house. It was incredible and unreal. Your own private breach pretty much. You can even see the sunrise from the balcony. Super clean, beds absolutely comfortable. Ice machine on the fridge. Blender came in handy. You are right on the beach. Bring water shoes. Lots of sea urchins in the water. There are beach towels at the house and kayaks to use. I had to pinch myself multiple times to see if I was dreaming. Super secure with a locked gate. The area is really quiet and safe. I miss it already and just got back Saturday. Lol. I will definitely be back. There is no better place to stay on the island. Food is pricey in the super markets. I would pack as much as you can and bring it with you. I packed a lot of food for a family of five, so we only ate out once a day. Snorkeling by the pier just a mile down The road or right at the house is great. Food places we liked were pizza gusto they had a buy one get one 50 percent off special. Island vybes very good local food and chocolate bbq also good local food. Anderson ice cream, not even 10 minutes away, was really good and cheap. Marston, the house manager and his family were so kind and helpful. Great to talk to and gave us recommendations for places. We travel 4 times a year and this was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. I didn’t want to leave.

Perfect for our 25th anniversary!

This house is beautiful inside and out. Great accommodations in every room (cooking and grilling supplies as well). The beach was totally private and the comfortable furniture on the covered porch made it possible to be at the beach any time of day (We burn easily so mid-day on the beach was not an option for us). Stuart was very accessible for questions and recommendations both prior to and during our stay. The west side of the island is more private and is a short 20-minute drive to the other side for more dining and shopping. We enjoyed the food on both sides of the island. There are plenty of grocery stores and markets to stock your trip. The house is very secure and the grounds are beautiful. Be advised: 1) Driving is on the left side of the road. 2) There is no washer or dryer, so pack accordingly. 3) You will drive through some lower income neighborhoods to reach the house. Don't let that deter you. It's safe, secure and worth staying on the less commercial part of the island. If peaceful ocean getaway is your idea of Heaven, this is it! For us, it was perfect in every way and I wish we could go back tomorrow! Helpful to know: 1) There is a motion sensor on the kitchen sink-it's not broken. 2) there is a remote hanging in the hall to open the gate from your car, so you don't have to get out and press the keypad upon coming or going.

Lovely Vacation

The property was beautiful and everything was as advertised. We had a slight problem with the internet when we arrived but it was quickly remedied. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. We are avid snorkelers and the snorkeling off the beach at the property was wonderful. We saw turtles, octopus, lobster, sting rays and a variety of beautiful fish. My husband even went night snorkeling and saw lots of eels and other night active creatures! The house was very well stocked. The only suggestion I would have is to add a vegetable peeler...we peeled carrots with a knife which was interesting :) Adding a washer and dryer for guests to use would also make this the perfect vacation destination.
