Privacy and the sounds of nature surround this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home elevated above the North Shore of St. Croix. ( 3 bedrooms plus tv room converts to bedroom if needed)

The Cane Bay Perch house has A LOT of space, high quality furnishings, and a two million dollar view. The wrap-around deck connects to a sparkling pool area ... and you can still hear the waves from Cane Bay Beach while relaxing on the decks.

This house and location are the perfect place to return to after a day of exploring the island... relaxation and quiet will recharge you for another day of discovering the wonderful island of St Croix.

The home offers large, bright bedrooms, a formal living room with new couches, a formal dining room, casual dining next to the kitchen, and a separate TV room with new sofa-bed. Enjoy easy access to the outdoors from the master bedroom, living room, and TV Room. When you book a party of 8 or more (up to 11)… you will be given access to the lower level of the house which is a stand alone 1 bedroom apartment ( King Bed, living room, 3/4 bath, kitchenette).

Cane Bay beach is 1/4 mile down the maintained HOA road ... you’ll find a great beach for swimming/snorkeling, a scuba dive shop, and multiple dining options such as The Landing, Off The Wall, and AMA.

The gate, exterior parking area, and lower stairs to the water pump/water heater room have motion activated security cameras for your safety.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 10am. If no new guests are arriving later that same day, 11 or 12 check out might be ok, BUT you have to ask and get approval . 😊
Pls make sure to turn off all AC’s and all the lights … including the outdoor lights on the wall by the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The entire property is smoke free. If cleaners see smoking evidence a $1000 charge will be applied. Please don’t rent this house if you smoke.
Pls conserve water. No washing your rental car. Use outdoor shower use for beach sand rinse off. Trash needs bagged, then placed in bin up at road.
5 guests=flat rate/night. 6+ guests = +$50/night/guest. book 8 guests, the 1 bedroom apt is opened to you. Max is 12 persons. Ages 4+=a guest

I’m a former full time St Croix resident now living/working in Colorado.
My co-owner (Kevin) and I were classmates in middle school and high school... he is certified dive instructor, and our families both wanted to have our own house to retire to in the Caribbean and it was not hard to convince them that St Croix was the right place.

Why they chose this property

Cane Bay is where I was a scuba divemaster in the mid 90s... and it has always been the magnet that draws me back. I recall seeing this house up in the hills in my 20s and I was fortunate to be able to buy it in my 50s. The green hills and sound of nature, without the heavy salt spray and road traffic of being right on the shoreline, are why I believe it is the ideal place to stay when you visit St Croix.

What makes this property unique

This property will provide you so much peace and relaxation you need but also provide the location and amenities you want. The house living space is so much larger than most homes on VRBO and it has tasteful home furnishings, private parking and pool, and a million-dollar view that never gets old.
