Ruhige Lage und traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben das Apartment für einen längeren Aufenthalt in der West-Kap-Region gebucht. Aus beruflichen Gründen mussten wir regelmäßig nach Kapstadt und Stellenbosch fahren - beide Orte sowie das weitere Umland sind hervorragend erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gepflegt und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es kann problemlos mit mehreren Personen bewohnt werden, da es sehr groß und weitläufig ist. Mit einem großen, hellen Wohnbereich, der direkt an den Garten anschließt, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einem WC wird alles geboten, um es sich mit mehreren Personen gemütlich zu machen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt neben dem Helderberg Reservat, und bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf Somerset West, die Berge und das Meer.

Das Kapland von seiner besten Seite

Wir haben Weihnachten und Neujahr in diesem sehr großen und stilvoll eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Neben der hervorragenden Lage in einem sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngebiet direkt am Helderberg (neben einem Naturreservat) sprechen vor allem das Haus mit seiner besonderen Architektur sowie das sehr gepflegte Apartment für einen Besuch. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern, einer sehr geräumigen Küche und einem hellen Wohn- und Essbereich bietet die Wohnung genug Raum und Möglichkeiten, um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Die Selbstversorgung ist unproblematisch, da verschiedene Malls und Supermärkte in allen Preisklassen sehr nahe gelegen sind. Man findet an der „Main Street“ sogar einen Spar-Laden mit vielen deutschen Produkten (z.B. Wurst nach deutschen Rezepten) bzw. mit vielen Dingen, die man aus dem eigenen Alltag so kennt. Mit dem Auto haben wir unkompliziert verschiedene Ausflugsziele wie bspw. Somerset Strand oder die Weingüter Vergelegen und Groot Constantia erreicht. Ein Besuch im benachbarten und beschaulichen Stellenbosch ist ebenfalls binnen 25 Minuten möglich. Der Austausch mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Bei Fragen zu Land und Leuten kann man sich gut an sie wenden, da sie die Region wirklich kennen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen sind insbesondere der gepflegte Zustand des Apartments, die neuwertigen und stilvollen Möbel sowie die gemütliche Terrasse und der Garten zu nennen. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich weitere Male dort Urlaub machen.
