Welcome to my wonderful single family home. It is conveniently located near old town Arvada, local shopping, Ralston Creek park and paved trail system, with easy access to light rail and I-70. The location is perfect for Red Rocks concert goers, those looking to enjoy mountain adventures, as well as downtown Denver.
The space
This spacious mid century ranch is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, allowing you to relax and rest, whether you’re getting ready to enjoy Red Rocks, old town Arvada or downtown Denver, or all the adventures that the mountains promise.
The home features four bedrooms, three upstairs and one in the finished basement. The main floor includes a modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, living room with functioning (gas) fireplace, along with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rear patio is a perfect place to relax and grill. The basement features a large tv room, bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. The garage allows you to securely store your bikes for exploring the local paved and mountain bike trails.
Come prepared to relax and unwind. Enjoy the night in with a bottle of wine and puzzle, watch a movie, and come back to a beautiful retreat after you’re tired from your day’s adventures
