Popular beaches of South Padre Island are just 23 miles away providing an array of water activities from deep-sea fishing to scuba diving. The resort is situated on the grounds of the historic battlefield of the Mexican-American War. Rich in history, Brownsville offers many sights from the battlefield to the famous Gladys Porter Zoo.

There are 2 levels at the resort with no elevators. All unit assignments are final and will not be changed. Units ending in 5 thru 8 are upstairs. Units ending in 1 thru 4 downstairs units. The resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. In preparation for your upcoming vacation please check for any testing requirements, travel restrictions, or local mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your confirmed destination.
