Excellent place to stay very clean inside and out , the pool is well maintained, the host sent us places to visit which was very good and kept in touch to make sure everything was good. I would recommend this place and would return when I visit St Lucia again. Thanks for help in making our holiday great

We had an amazing time here. Very comfortable. Just like home. We would stay here again. Only negative is that I guess we somehow misplaced a towel and they are going to charge us $40 US dollars.

Private retreat in the country.

The house and property were clean, safe and comfortable. The pool was spotless. Everything that we required for a "home away from home" stay was provided. Sasha (the property manager) was always available to us. She arranged all of our taxi rides as well as 3 tours of St Lucia & Martinique. We truly enjoyed our 2 week vacation.

Enjoying the sunshine

Stayed a month in Balata. Nice home. Functional kitchen, nice patio with small pool. Fast internet and good programming selection on TV. 5-6km to Vege beach…nice beach, not crowded. Car “required” if want to move about…nothing within walking distance. Sasha and her husband, the local property managers very responsive and helpful.

Homely

The property felt like a home and had all the appliances you would expect to find in a house. I returned with no dirty clothes, which was a plus. The location was excellent, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would choose it again if I visit St. Lucia in the future.Sasha, the host, met us upon our arrival. Thank you for your warm hospitality! She was easy to get hold of and immediately addressed two issues I raised. I accidentally set off the alarm, and she called me right away to ensure all was well.Thank you once again for everything

Family getaway

The ad states the place has air conditioning, but it's only in the master bedroom. My daughter had to sleep on the couch to use the ceiling fan. The host is bad at communication even when told about internet issues on the island

Home away from home

From the moment we stepped into this beautiful home we felt safe and comfortable. Lots of room to play outside with a football or even just walk around and check out all the beautiful plants and trees. There are two beautiful hummingbirds that will come to the flowers out back which is absolutely stunning while sitting at the table. A pool was a really nice extra. Very accessible to the beach, only a short drive. Stores are all close as well. Highly recommend this home as it was perfect for our family of five. Ages ranging from 3-35 years old. Thanks again for an amazing stay! We will be back !

Group of 6 had a wonderful time. The house was located down in a very secluded area. At first the very steep hill was a challenged but we overcome by using it as a form of exercise over the 7 days stay. Access to transport would help a lot on getting around because it is a good walk up and down a hilly terrain. The pool was very small but it was ok to have a place to cool off after a long day of touring. Since the back of the house was close to the main road the noise at night was a little loud. There is only 1 room with air condioned. I would recommend more powerful fans in the other rooms or even ac because it is very hot at nights. Our overall stay was good. We would definitely come again.

A Superb Villa for a Wonderful Holiday!

The perfect villa for a great holiday! My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this spacious and well kept villa! The villa has all the creature comforts of home and has beautiful grounds and a clean and refreshing pool. Sasha the villa manager is the most helpful and hospitable of hosts! She helped us to plan trips when requested and was always available if we needed her, whilst also being respectful of our privacy. Our sailing trip to the Pitons - which Sasha helped us arrange - was a magical day and one of the best holiday outings ever! Thanks Sasha for checking in with us during several points in our stay to make sure everything was okay and for helping to make this such a brilliant holiday! The villa is within easy reach of all the popular sites such as Rodney Bay, Pigeon Island, Gros Iset and Castries and lovely restaurants and entertainment spots. Highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting St Lucia - you will not be disappointed!

For the price it was right! Sasha was a wonderful, kind, and communicative host who provided helpful insights and resources when asked. We enjoyed our stay overall, although there were a few quirks to the property that we didn’t find out until after our arrival. -The kitchen was outfitted with convenient appliances-There were 240V and 120V outlets in all major rooms. -The location is conveniently located to Castries and Rodney Bay & not far from Gros Islet. -The courtyard is calming and peaceful, and living room was comfortable for movie nights. -This is a great place to stay if you are well versed in traveling abroad, and even better if you’re looking for a safe place to crash with little fuss. Things to note:-There was a fair amount of traffic nearby and near constant dogs barking, but the nights were also filled with pleasant songs of the local frogs. -Plan on renting a car for to stay here, as the cost of taxis added up quickly and this location proved difficult to use the Allez app (local uber/lyft) for returns.-This is on me, we should NOT have been surprised that AC was only available in the master bedroom due to the shutters in the photos. -Unfortunately there was a lot of mosquitoes in and around the area so we rarely used the pool.-The only real disappointed was that we were not informed in advance that the washing machine wasn’t working, as well as the waterfall feature on the pool. We were looking forward to the ability to do laundry during our stay.
