Bliss at Cap-- fabulous views!
BLISS is situated on the premier hillside of St. Lucia’s top residential district, Cap Estate, on the most Northerly point of the island. The area is calm, green and orderly with an accent on privacy.
OUTSIDE
The house and tropical garden and 40ft infinity edge pool, command stunning panoramic views over the island to the South and the Caribbean Sea to the West. There is a distant view of St Lucia’s national landmark, the famous “Pitons”, a world heritage site.
INSIDE.
Built in the plantation style, the house has high ceilings, and large reception and bed rooms. White floor tiles, complemented by white or pastel walls and ceilings accentuate the feeling of space, light and airiness throughout the 5,000 sq.ft building.
5 air-conditioned double bedrooms all open through French doors onto deep covered verandas, shaded from the sun and cooled by the trade breezes. The verandas double as reception areas and in addition there is a large drawing room downstairs, and upstairs a spacious entrance hall with internet /computer etc..
The dining area is an extension of the downstairs veranda and adjoins a big, nicely equipped kitchen.
GENERAL
The whole estate has been upgraded, renovated and redecorated in 2007. The garden offers an interesting variety of tropical flowers, shrubs and trees, both decorative and fruiting. For the safety of non-swimming children, wooden balustrades are available to put in front of the pool. The house is ideally situated for the beaches, golf and tennis clubs, all of which are within 3 minutes drive. Rodney Bay with it shopping mall, restaurants, marina and nightclubs is within 10 minutes by car.
AT YOUR SERVICE
A daily housekeeper will look after you (cleaning, washing house laundry etc).
Gardener/ pool service 2 times a week.
Gate keeper
Additional cooking services can be booked in advance a first come, first served basis.
You will be met by our property manager on arrival at the house, who will show you around, give a short briefing and answer any questions. Transfers, car rentals (strongly recommended), and tours can be booked in advance or when you arrive. Pre-stocking of the kitchen can also be arranged so guests can unwind and relax after their journey and not have to rush out again to do the first shopping

The owners of Bliss, Digby and Lotta live in the house for part of the year, and offer it for rent when they are absent, so it is furnished as a comfortable family house with touches of the Far East, Provence and Sweden

We visited St. Lucia and fell in love with the island and decided to have a Caribbean Getaway in St. Lucia
