Grundsätzlich war das Ferienhaus ok.Problem ist die Vermieterin.Sie schreibt seitenweise Verhaltensregeln und Reinigungsritualien,nur kontrolliert keiner die Übergabe vom Vormieter. Wir haben die Unterkunft mit mäßiger Sauberkeit übernommen,per hinterlergtem Schlüssel per Code. Im Vorraum stand ein Müllsack mit vollen Babywindeln,im Kühlschrank angetrunkene Colaflaschen.Erstmal kein Problem,haben wir entsorgt.Am Abreisetag haben meine Tochter und ich das Haus zwei Stdn.lang geputzt und sauberer verlassen als wir es vorgefunden haben.Von der Vermieterin kam im Nachgang eine Bitterböse Email mit der Forderung von 60€ Nachzahlung,weil der Nachmieter sich angeblich beschwert hätte das die Sauberkeit unzureichend wäre und der Fernsehempfänger verstellt wäre usw.Nur die Vermieterin hat sich kein einziges Mal um ihr Haus gekümmert und die Forderungen und ihre Einlassung sind eine Unverschämtheit
