Go down to the covered dock and sit on the bed swing or the floating dock sipping your coffee while watching the sunrise! This home is a new build that sits on 278ft of waterfront property and can sleep up to 13 people. Vaulted ceilings in family room with a gas fireplace, 60" tv and French doors leading to the screened-in-porch, all overlooking views of beautiful Lake Martin. You will feel like your in a 5 star lake resort! Hardwood floors throughout, Carrera marble countertops and professional appliances and copper farm house sink in the kitchen. Featuring two refrigerator's, a wine/drink cooler, gas cooktop range with griddle (perfect for pancakes), microwave and warming drawer. Primary bedroom on the main level with beautiful en-suite, double vanity sinks, walk-in shower, separate stand alone tub and walk-in closet. You'll find another bedroom on the main level with an en-suite. Guest baths feature gorgeous tile with black granite countertops. A small tv room/extra bedroom where couch converts into queen bed. Powder room and washer and dryer also on the main level. Two additional bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed and a bunkroom with two full size beds and two XL twin beds up top with Full bathroom and two vanities. Wireless internet, beautiful custom built covered dock. Fire pit for the perfect smores and bbq grill on the outside deck. (Green Egg, Weber gas grill and Weber coal grill) Once you book with me, I'll send you a pdf list of all the restaurants and waterfront restaurants located on Lake Martin and the local nearby attractions. Hikes, beaches, water sports, boat rentals, horse back riding, zip lining, gun shooting range, Chimney rock, Goat Island and many more. There's so much to do you'll have to come back to fit it all in!!

Beautiful property, great set up for our family gathering. We had a wonderful time and it was nice to be able to rent the boat as well. The dock and screened porch were favorite spots. Stacey was great to work with and Lake Martin is such a pretty, clean lake. My husband went to Auburn and one of our boys plays a lot of competitive junior tennis, so they enjoyed going down there to hit a few times.

Lake House Trip

The owner was terrific to work with through the entire process & stay. The house, property & amenities were wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an ideal lakefront vacation.

This house had everything we needed and more. Great kitchen with well equipped cooking items and loved the screened in porch. Plenty of towels and sheets. Great boat dock. Great location also. Stacey is a great manager and always available.

Stacy provides a very accurate description of a lovely property. It’s truly five star and she’s very responsive. There are several gathering areas from the dock, to the fire pit, to the porch and the den. We hope to make it back again. Thank you, Stacy for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Birthday Weekend!

I am extremely selective when renting homes since I am an interior designer. This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing! It was perfectly decorated and felt like home. Stacey was very responsive and so easy to work with during the planning process and our stay!

Generational family vacation

Absolutely perfect. Beautiful, well equipped home with several areas to relax which includes, a room with TV for kids to get away, awesome porch overlooking the lake, dock with swing bed, table and chairs, sound system, floating dock, large open kitchen to accommodate several chefs situated on the lake with large open water area but secluded from open busy waters. Large lot for kids to play and allow for family football and baseball games. It’s a perfect 10

Family holiday weekend

Excellent property by far!!! Beautiful well appointed and decorated home. Screen porch was our favorite living area when not on the lake or outdoors. Dock is a 10. Perfect lot for kids to play and low boat traffic in a open but private cove. The owner more than deserves the 5+ star rating but I selfishly do not want too many people to know about this awesome lake house.

Paradise at the lake

We booked this house for 6 adults. Our son graduated from Auburn, and we were not able to secure a hotel for our visit. This house at Lake Martin was a WAY better option. We had a gorgeous view of the lake with all of the amenities and then some. Our favorite feature was the huge screened in porch and the comfortable beds for everyone. This is such a gorgeous well built house that left us all wishing for a winning lottery ticket so we could build a house of our own just like this one.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is fabulous! The house is perfect for family. The owner is very quck to respond to questions. The owner provides everything you need for your getaway. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools. There is a second refrigerator which was very nice. The screened in porch was where we spent a great deal of our time. The boathouse is awesome! We spent a lot of time there letting the kids swim off of the dock. We rented the owners boat, which was great. This house is close to lots of eating places and markets. We would love to return in the future!

Lake Paradise

Our family stayed for 5 nights in late August. This is a beautiful property. Every aspect of the property is first class. From the updated house to the location on the lake. We were greeted by four deer as we started to unpack the SUV. Plenty of space for everyone in the house and on the covered dock. There is a small island off to the right of the property which stops boats or PWC from coming to close to the property due to a sand bar between the lot and the island. Kitchen has all you need and all beds were very comfortable. Stacey was a phone call or text away. You can't go wrong with this property. We hope to be back soon.

Fantastic stay

I don’t even know where to begin! Stacey’s property on Lake Martin was perfect for our party of 10! The house was in the perfect location out of the hustle and bustle of the busiest parts of the lake. All of the action was a quick boat ride away. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. In fact, we enjoyed the property so much, we cooked at the house for every meal and never ate out! The screened in porch was a hit and we laughed and shared memories there for hours! Renting the boat from Stacey was an absolute breeze and so nice to just hop in and go.. especially to go get daiquiris at Bluffs Daiquiri bar! Stacey was always a text away and ready to help in any way! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Stunning Lake Martin Home!!!

We just returned for an amazing week at this truly spectacular property. We were two adults with nine 17 & 18 yr olds. Stacey’s home exceeded all our expectations … which were already high from the beautiful photos. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. Anything we could think of that we needed was there. It was wonderful to have spices, coffee, laundry detergent and the little starters that make such a difference. The house is very spacious and we never felt on top of each other. We didn’t even use the extra bonus room as the other bedrooms were very roomy. One of the biggest things that stood out were the beds and linnens… each of the teenagers commented on how amazingly comfortable the beds were (even the 5 boys🤣). The master suite was stunning. The screened in porch was wonderful for hanging out and playing games in the evenings… also was a nice bonus that the kids had a place to hang out and not keep us up after we had gone to bed. The other outstanding feature was the dock. Hanging bed and great Adirondack chairs on the floating dock made an incredible place to sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake each morning (my favorite part). The house is also situated in a great spot on the lake. Beautiful big water views… but in a cove so no boat traffic in the swimming area off the dock. Stacey was fantastic to communicate with. She always responded immediately to any questions we had. Every thing from start to finish with this trip was wonderful💗 We are already looking forward to booking next year. Note- you do need to bring your own beach towels for the lake. Not a problem if you’re driving.

A little about me and my family... We have been coming to Lake Martin since 2004. I have three children. My husband was a home builder in Atlanta and we built a home on Lake Martin back in 2004. In 2008 we bought this property for the land, the gorgeous views and the large amount of waterfront property. Our plan was to knock down the home and rebuild and retire here.. However, we only got as far as building the covered dock.
This is the last thing my husband built before he passed away suddenly in 2010. After I spent 8 years raising my kids, I decided it was time to build on this property. I knocked down the little A frame that was there and built this new home for my family to enjoy. It is my hope that we will have this property forever and I'll pass it along to my kids one day. There truly is a little piece of heaven here!
