Great stay for a Hokie football game

The house was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. the neighborhood was quiet.

Condition not as depicted in listing

While the location of this property was excellent for our needs, I was not happy with the condition of the property itself. The house did not match the photos in the listing as far as clutter and cleanliness. The kitchen floor was sticky in spots and the master bath was not very clean. We only found out upon check in that there would be someone in the basement while we were there. The listing only says that there is a basement with its own entrance and says NOTHING about the fact that there might be someone there. We use VRBO often and this was the first time the condition was so different from the photos.
