The property sits directly across Highway 2 from Hovde Resort (formally known as Ackerman Acres) and JD's Bar & Grill (formally known as Ty’s Lodge), giving guests full access to the resort while enjoying the comfort of their own private home.

Great accommodations all around. Bedrooms worked out great. Lots of space to gather in family room. Garage is spacious and worked well to store all our fishing stuff and do light work projects. Good freezer space storage in garage. Huge yard space for outdoors activities. Lots of space for parking and plugging in boat equipment.

This is a very nice house with plenty of space for friends and family. There is lots of room for parking and I would say room for at least 3 boats and trucks. There is also a freezer in the garage for fish to bring home. We have stayed there twice now and it really is the perfect set up for fishing. Thanks for everything and hope to see you in the spring.

Advertised as able to sleep 15; however, only enough beds for 12. Not sure where the other 3 sleeping spots were located? Not enough towels for even 12 people to each have 1 towel. Messaged about towels, but no response was received.

Nice house, good location.

Very clean with room for a large group of family or friends to stay. Everything we needed was there. The property was located in a subdivision that was strangely part commercial lots and partially residential. The location was very convenient to Devils Lake and surrounding area.
