We wanted to live near the Lake! It was a bonus to have the park out back.

What makes this property unique

This property is great! Devils Lake is across the street and Lakewood Park backs up to the property. The neighbor's are very quiet and respectful. Its a very safe neighborhood. Lakewood Boat Ramp is kitty corner to the front. It has a very nice fish cleaning station open Summer to Fall.
