The Loft On Almo

Hello, and welcome to The Loft on Alamo ! Come, unwind, and relax in this spacious floor plan of 400+ square feet and fully furnished. It is located on my property above a double garage. It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private small patio and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property is exactly as the listing states. The host is friendly and responsive to messages. The property is so close to everything in Brenham. It has everything you need or could want for a pleasant stay. The room is clean and comfortable. I do recommend staying here for anyone wanting convenience, comfort and relaxation.

The Loft on Alamo is a GREAT place to relax and feel secure as the property is gated. Communications with Host was excellent. Summertime in Texas is hot and the AC is great. It is also near historic downtown Brenham. The loft has everything you need…small kitchen, very nice bath, comfortable bed, and sitting area with TV. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

Tony's loft on Alamo is a great cozy apartment! The space is perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. It's quiet and felt like a little retreat in the loft. The details in the apartment are well crafted. The property is so pretty and well kept. It's like an oasis when you go through the gates. Tony was welcoming and friendly and communications were quick. Highly recommend if you are in Brenham. We would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

When I built it, I tried to capture the feel and charm of a loft in an old building...wood floors, vaulted ceiling, and an interior brick wall.
You may feel like you're in the country while here, but it's actually located within 5 minutes from downtown Brenham.
It also has a private coded entry to the property with free parking next to your private deck.
Be mindful that there is a staircase to get to the loft, and you have a private entrance on the side by the patio.
