The space

The bedroom is a tranquil haven, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and plush linens for a restful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day's adventures. The apartment also includes a clean and well-appointed bathroom with all the essentials you need.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed with two separate twin-size beds (trundle bed) for additional guests. There is also a washer and dryer in the flat for any laundry needs that you may have.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and cookware. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining area, or take your meals outside to the private balcony and savor the urban views. Guests will have all of the tools needed to make cocktails with a sleek shaker set and a fully stocked bar cart.

The apartment itself sits on top of the owner's garage on its own separate plot of land. There is a balcony with a fenced-in outdoor patio and lounge space.

Guests have a unique passcode to access the apartment door entrance using a digital keypad.

There is a private set of stairs that take you up to the above-garage apartment. There is a dedicated parking pad on the side of the garage where two cars can park. Parking is included with your stay.

The apartment is located in the Cleveland Park neighborhood of Nashville. 1 block from McFerrin Park and walking distance to bars like Folk, restaurants like Aubrey and Redheaded Stranger, and local gems like the East Nashville Crystal store.

Broadway/The Ryman/Bridgestone Arena/Nissan Stadium are all just a little over a mile from the property. Could be walkable as there are sidewalks, but there’s a main road that separates our neighborhood from downtown. However, all the amenities of downtown are no longer than an electric scooter ride away or a quick 5-minute Uber ride away.
