The beds were comfy and the shower was good as well. The unit was well stocked. We appreciated that you left a case of water and there were many hangers towels and wash cloths. Host was very responsive

Owner needs to decide if she wants to rent the property or run it as a Vrbo. No soap, no kitchen towels, few silverware pieces, no appliances (toaster) no pots or pans, etc
Will not stay there again

Listen if you go in my air bnb listing the one thing people talk about is the home being very stocked….. i also reached out when you got there and you chose not to communicate. We are very accommodating and would have love to have made your stay more pleasant but you didn’t give us the opportunity. There was a full cabinet of pots and pans etc so to make up some of this and give a 1 star is absolutely absurd. But life goes on we would prefer you not be a guest of ours the Energy is giving bitter. We like happy energy in our home. I understand you wanted our address ahead of time and was upset because we didn’t provide it but be had to protect our current guest which we still stand on.
Good luck to you I still gave you a good review because the house was left in great condition and I’m an honest person
We enjoyed our week-long stay at this brand new rental! The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water and towels to go around. The weather was rainy, so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard much, but it is really spacious. I appreciated the Alexa assistant and the toys and step stool for my young children to use. Since it’s very new, there were a few items missing I would recommend be added, like a toaster and some more silverware. But other than that, no complaints! Would definitely stay again.
This was a very comfortable place for my family. The kids had their own space and the furniture was comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable and not bouncy. The street was quiet and there are several amenities in the area. The owner was very attentive and quick in responding. There were also several thoughtful items available for us to use (toiletries, k-cups, ...). The sound of I-20 can be heard at night in the master bedroom, but it is not too loud and I actually found it restful. I would stay here again or in another property with the same owner.
Overall, the home was very nice and looked exactly how it did in the photos, however there were some areas of concern for our group. The first thing we noticed was the lack of hand soap throughout the house. In both bathrooms, and the kitchen, there was no hand soap to be found, which is something I would expect in any rental property I stay in. There was a large hand sanitizer in the main living area, however we ended up buying our own hand soap to use throughout the weekend.
Second of all, we noticed that in the middle bedroom, there were no screens in the windows. This was the only window we opened, so I can't be sure if the windows throughout the rest of the home had screens. We saw this as a huge safety issue in the middle bedroom.
The third concern was the plumbing in the shared bathroom. The toilet often did not flush properly and clogged very easily. The master toilet appeared to be working properly.
Lastly, the refrigerator had a notification that the water filter was old and needed to be replaced. With being new to Atlanta and not sure about the cleanliness of the water, our group did not feel safe drinking unfiltered water from the refrigerator.
While the home was spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location, we felt that it was missing some bare necessities that we would expect of any rental property: hand soap, safe windows, quality plumbing, and clean water.
