As the villa is situated in the heart of Istria, a few kilometres from the sea, you can refresh yourself in the pool - from the living room you have direct access to it. This villa is ideal for families with children.

Very rustic with modern s

This home is centrally located to the hilltop towns and coastal cities in Istria. The house is in a very small village, but a quick drive to Zminj, which has a few nice restaurants and a grocery. The villa is very rustic, but with many beautiful modern s. We loved the solitude of the home and the ease of accessing all the Istria has to offer.

Tolles Haus mit Mängeln

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist gut geschnitten. Leider ist die Beschreibung etwas irreführend, es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, jedoch nur in der Wohnstube, die Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind nicht klimatisiert. Außerdem waren für den Preis sehr viele Mängeln festzustellen, von der nicht funktionierenden Dusche bis zu Steckdose die aus der Wand gezogen waren. Alles in Allem reicht es daher nur für drei Sterne.
