Was accurate to listing. Plenty of space for the family. Neighborhood did make me a little nervous. Front door locked but made me weary because there was a gap & you could see to the street. My kids didn’t notice any of this though & appreciated each having their own bed. Bathrooms were great - used each. Overall positive but you could tell it was a quick flip of the property.

Check-in was Good; kitchen was very small and no ventilation system for cooking for a large family. Windows had spider webs; upstair restroom had a broken inside handle; the door knob to the upstair bedroom with 2 rooms was broken and family members got stuck inside the 2 room bedroom. Parking was okay and safe.

This was a great stay in a pretty central location in Niagara falls area, plenty of space, five full bedrooms, and seating room for the living as well. Easy walk or quick Uber to casino and falls area, would definitely stay again

GREAT STAY!

This home was honestly awesome. It was in the perfect location in the falls near everything! Parking was easy and simple, check in was easy and simple. the home is gorgeous honestly the photos doesnt do it justice. there are 6 large bedrooms with comfy beds in each room. i came home ot visit buffalo and catch up with my family. we had an amazing time and it was room for everyone. thanks for our stay!

Roomy, comfortable and clean

This older home has been beautifully remodeled while still retaining the charm. It was clean, comfortable and roomy. It was within a few minutes drive to everything. I would stay again.

The host did provide an early check-in, which was appreciated and important for our stay. However, the heating throughout the house was very uneven. The downstairs areas (kitchen, living room, seating area, and lower bedroom) were noticeably cooler, while the upstairs bedrooms were extremely hot. It felt as though most of the heat was directed to only two of the four bedrooms, which made sleeping uncomfortable.One of the bedrooms, which was not clearly described in the listing, had a very unusual layout. There were three beds in a single space, and occupants of one bedroom had to walk through another bedroom to access the hallway. This is something that should be clearly noted, especially for groups with light sleepers.The property itself was clean, and the beds were comfortable, though the bedding had a lot of static electricity, which was a minor nuisance. On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was very fast, there were plenty of dishes and glasses available, and the lower level offered a large, open space suitable for entertaining.
This is 1 of the 2 bedrooms which were approx. 15 degrees hotter than the thermostat read.

This house held our family of 8 well. We were not knowledgeable of the area and it is a bit rough but we didn’t have any concerns while on the property. Wish there was a dishwasher on premises as it was not well situated to clean dishes for us. Host was responsive and the beds were fine.

We had 7 adults, and enjoyed our stay overall. The neighborhood is rundown, but the property was clean and a short drive to the falls and shopping/dining. Only street parking, not "on site". The house has 5 bedrooms, but 2 are connected. Only 5 chairs in living and dining rooms and no work area or dishwasher in kitchen. Really need to fix the leaky shower and bathroom doors. The smoke alarm in the downstairs bedroom was disconnected, and there was no second exit in case of fire.

The water pressure and temperature was excellent. The house is spacious and has plenty of beds.The description stated "The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook meals" which is not exactly true. There are a couple of pots and pans, but missing basic things like a cookie sheet. More importantly, the totality of counter space is a 2'x2' square. You can't even use the table to assist because it's on the other end of the house.There is no pantry, so it is completely barren of any supplies you may need. I would have left a few things, like a bottle of syrup, but since there was no place to leave them they were thrown out.There are no ice cube trays in the freezer.There is no washer and dryer.Almost none of the doors close properly. The knob in the full bathroom is tiny and it's very easy to stab yourself with a screw holding the knob in place since they're not flush. In one of the bedrooms, the door knobs literally falls off (one of my daughters got trapped in the room until I came to open it from the outside).The house was clean outside of some sort of dried sauce in the cabinet where the coffee cups are kept.The curtains don't fully block out the windows.I felt safe in the neighborhood and ease of getting in and out was great.

Cozy house

The house was cozy. It has several rooms and beds. The kitchen was small but functional. Although we did not eat in the house, there were not one big table for all of us to sit down and eat together. The tv was big and made game night fun. The rooms were specious. There was one room that was VERY cold no matter what we did! The other rooms were nice and warm. The main bathroom was big and spacious but I think the pipe had a leak because we noticed the second night it was dripping water in the leaving room. Location was great. Everything was minutes away in car or 10 min walking. Having a code rather than a key made it even better. No worries about losing a key. The house does not have parking place, and you must park on the street and remember what day to Park on. Other than that it was a nice place to stay in.
