First impression was that we were in a sketchy neighborhood, but we did not have any trouble and we felt safe the whole visit. The house was clean. The downstairs bathrooms are quite small. The owner was very responsive. The actual location was great. We were across the street from a path that followed the gorge river and we were within a mile of downtown.

Interior is nice. as stated by others, the toilet placement is a little tight in a couple of the bathrooms. Overall a good place to stay if you want to be close to Niagara Falls. Lots of room for a large group to either stay together in one living room or hang out in different living rooms in the house.

Love the house!

Your home was absolutely perfect for my family and my best friend and her family was also able to come the last night. I love the trails. There are right across the road along the river, breathtaking, amazing views! We all cannot wait to book again. And hopefully come every year!!!

We so enjoyed our time in Niagara and built some good memories. Neighborhood isn't the greatest but being close to the path that leads to the falls it was okay. Facilities were great and worked for our family of 10. Very helpful when we needed assistance. Kitchen chairs need repair or new. Shampoo/Body wash ONLY for men-that wasn't great for the women. I would recommend this home and thank all who made it possible for our family to enjoy our time.

The place was great, you basically can have yoir own apartment so it workes great with our large group. The location looks like its in a bad area but the neighbors were good people and very friendly!

Good stay for a weekend

We went to Niagara falls for my friends bachelor party and decided to stay here due to the size of our group. The apartment was very easy to find and the check in process was quick and easy. The rooms were good sized and any accessories we might have needed were provided. I would reccomend this for any large group staying in the area.

This house is divided into 3 apartments. Perfect for a small family up to a large gathering. Very spacious and well decorated. Management replies quickly.

This place is undergoing remodeling. Bathrooms have been remodeled. However the ones in the basement need towel bars and holders in the showers for shampoo and body wash. The basement bedrooms need chest of drawers as there are no closets or places to put your clothes. The toilets are unusable as they are too close to the walls to allow sitting! There are no electric outlets in the basement bathrooms to plug in hair dryers.The two upstairs units are very nice. However there isn’t a large enough table and chairs for 6 people to eat or play games. All the light switches need labeling. Many don’t work. There were no hand towels. This house is very close to the falls and other attractions. Made our stay more enjoyable.

This is a nice VRBO with close proximity to Niagara Falls. Clean, Easy access, driveway parking. Three bathrooms have very little legroom while sitting on the toilet. I’m 5’9” and had an inch of clearance. My 6’1” husband had to sit sideways!

Property was clean. Kitchens are under stocked if you want to cook on site. Had several maintenance issues. None were critical, though communication was impeccable and possible repairs were done quickly.

Great location!

We were traveling with 4 other couples and found the property to be spacious and clean. Basic kitchen items were available. There are close bars and restaurants. Gold Bar and Archives were nearby and cozy spots for a beverage. Di'Camillos is a fantastic family ran bakery with tasty treats. Although some surrounding homes appeared to be unkept we never felt unsafe or uneasy in the neighborhood. It's a great place for a larger group with easy access to the falls.

Close to the Falls

Very close to the Falls; about a 3 minute drive. The house was clean. The house could use some upgrades. The handrail going to the second floor is loose. We had two 80 year olds with us and it was not very sturdy. Also, why am I paying a $190 cleaning fee and I have to strip the beds????

Solar eclipse family get together

Location is perfect between the falls and whirlpool.1st floor 2 bedrooms have a queen bed each and a great TV sitting area. I do recommend that children, small teens, and short, small adults use these. Knee space was about 9-10 inches. The rest of the areas were full size. We had all 3 areas. Neighborhood was fine with walking trail 15 yards from unit from falls past the whirlpool . There were 16 of us with different levels of expectation, and we ALL left with having a great time, and we all would stay at this location again. Don’t be petty and you will too.

I'm torn about this review because this was a multi-family trip & we had a nice time. We guessed from the price there might be some quirks. This is so you can make an informed decision if these quirks are worth the low price to you. BATHROOMS: There are no fans. Bath towels are provided but no hand towels. The downstairs toilets are so close to the wall that I (5'-2" woman) had to sit sideways. One of the downstairs bathrooms smelled terrible, like a sewer or a leak behind the wall. BEDROOMS: The furniture is solidly built but the bedding is on the cheap side w/ no extras. Lighting is bright overhead; no lamps. No closets in the downstairs bedrooms. GENERAL: Kind of unfinished & cheap. Some interior doors don't close in the frames or get stuck on the floor. The stairs are steep (challenging for older folks). 3 cars fit in the driveway. PAYMENT: The final payment was supposed to happen on 7/23 but they actually charged it 7/17. A couple of days before arrival I received several long Inbox messages, one of which said, "provide a proper state ID or Passport that matches the ID to the name on the reservation. If proper ID is not sent prior to arrival, we do reserve the right to cancel your reservation with penalty." What if I had already been traveling or missed the message? That needs to happen when payment is collected, not as a surprise at the last minute. CONCLUSION: Like I said, we had a nice time. The location was great. If you're on a budget, this might be fine for you.

Family trip

It is in a poorer neighborhood. There had been a shooting on our street the day before. I should have checked the area better. The inside of the building was sparkling clean. The top two apartments were lovely and well appointed. The bottom apartment had two new bathrooms but we could not use the toilets as the toilets were too close to the wall. The closet in this apartment did not have a door or a rod. There were no towel bars, hooks or shelves for clothes. The couch in one apartment was broken and two of the mattresses were flat. The couch was replaced quickly but the promised mattresses were never delivered. The company apologized and refined us $450. We were impressed and think they have a hard job handling a property that needs so much attention.
