Great Stay

Awesome little place to stay if you have a lot to people. Has 8 beds and a few spots on the couch to sleep so everyone got their own bed. Not too far from downtown Nashville. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest so you might plan on driving a little bit to go to restaurants, grocery, etc.

Nice place and Great Host

This house is close and an easy Uber ride to everything you want to do in Nashville. Ethan was easy to get a hold of, made arriving and leaving super easy and had some great recommendations of places to go. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place, close to Broadway and downtown Nashville.

Ethan has a wonderful property that seems like very new construction in an area of Nashville that is being rehabbed all around. It is conveniently located to downtown with just a 10 min drive. Nissan Stadium is only 12 min drive. Our group had a great trip.

Great location for Nash Bash

The is just a quick uber/lyft ride to downtown Broadway. Perfect house for a bachelorette/bachelor party with enough room for a decent size group. Owner was great with communicating and checking in on us to make sure we didnt have any questions or needed anything.

Nice place in a developing area.

We enjoyed all being together in one space. We were unable to rent a car, so had to rely on Ubers. It is about a 15 min drive to downtown. Definitely not walking distance.
