Very spacious and was perfect for our group of 11! The layout allows everyone some privacy and the extra bathroom made our mornings very easy. My concern was the plumbing in the 2 bathrooms with tubs, drains were very slow to drain.
The home was nice. Didn't have much to cook with and very little supplies for sleeping 12 people. Some of the furniture was broked and could not sit in. We also had lawn service at 6:30 am outside. They did let us check out later then originally stated. Overall was nice need more kitchen supplies Area was also not the best

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the place and had such a great experience. We’d be excited to host you again anytime!
The beds were quite comfortable and accommodations were clean. We had pretty chilly weather over some of the nights and the bedroom on the second floor was quite chilly while the bedrooms on the first and third floors where there was temperature control were more comfortable.
The layout it perfect for multiple couples. Very clean and nice place.

We had a great time. The upstairs curtains and a few other things were broken when we arrived and the area was a little sketchy. However, the house was nice overall felt very secure when inside and was a really close drive to broadway and everything. It was very spacious for a group. I would stay here again.
Host was PHENOMENAL. Place was great . Literally very nice house . Only a few gripes …Several drug deals were taking place accross the steeet at all hours . We felt safe but just beware The top floor bathroom sink water does not drain well - essentially got clogged .More than 1 tv would be nice for a 5 bed house

Pros: spacious, met our needsCons: air conditioner on the top floor did not work (84 F during the day) which made the 4 beds and space useless, the toilet chain was broken in the top floor bathroom (we had to dip our hands into the tank to flush it, yikes), black hand towels had blond hairs on them, all of the sinks and showers had draining issues with the exception of the second floor shower. Laundry room was very dirty. Communicated frequently. It was obvious this property is not privately owned. They did respond to my questions and complaints, but no solutions were offered. The solution of the broken air conditioner was to use the fan in the closet. Sadly, even that fan was malfunctioning. I rented this place for a happy occasion, Vanderbilt Commencement, so I tried not to let these issues taint my joy. I did ask the management company to fix all these issues for the sake of the next renters. They promised they would. I sure hope so.

Host was very welcoming. However, the house wasn’t very clean. Found globs of hair in the living room on the floor and on towels. Window blinds look like there was something spilled on them. Overall, the house was nice and didn’t have any issues. It wasn’t in a very good neighborhood. It sucks the drive way only has room for 2 spots luckily we managed to fit 3 small compact cars.
Do NOT book!!! Host is a management company that is very unresponsive to concerns. (Not a private owner.) The property was filthy when we arrived. I sent pictures, spoke to numerous representatives, and a week later still nothing in motion to correct any of it. Grime and mold in the showers and on the curtains, dirty counter tops, some kind of sticky black substance throughout all the floors, dirty towels that were folded and put away, bedding with stains, ants, smeared substance on bathroom walls, large artwork hanging by one nail and about to fall... the list goes on. Disgusting! DO NOT BOOK!
Hi! The house is exactly as listed and was perfect for a big group. The property was well maintained and clean. The hosts were super helpful, especially when there were a few extra steps to take for checking in (submitting ids, etc.) that I had overlooked. We stayed here for a cheer competition that was at the expo center. I had to take ubers almost everywhere because the area itself isn't very walkable and it didn't have a quick place to grab food or anything like that near it. I also did have many uber drivers tell me that the neighborhood wasn't one to be out at night in by myself. We had some issues getting food delivered to the house, and were told by Dominos they did not deliver to this area after 5pm due to safety concerns. The house itself was great, but for a bunch of moms and young girls , I would likely stay somewhere else in the future that would offer a little more peace of mind.

Check in process was easy. They let us get in before 4pm. The location was NOT in a good part of town. We had homeless people walk up to our car as we were pulling into the driveway asking for money and blankets. It seems like the house needs some love. I reached out to the property manager nearly everyday of our 5 day stay regarding something that had broke or needed fixing.

The home itself is spacious and comfortable, and it worked well for our group size. However, there were a few things future guests may want to be aware of before booking.Basic household supplies were very limited. There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels for a large group, and the kitchen was advertised as fully stocked but did not include basic cooking items like salt and pepper. We ended up purchasing several essentials during our stay.Cleanliness was mixed. The main areas looked fine at first glance, but we found noticeable dust and dirt under all of the beds. The biggest concern for us was the neighborhood. It did not feel very safe. There is an abandoned house next door, and multiple Uber drivers mentioned that they would not recommend walking around the area alone.Overall, the house has potential and good space, but guests should plan to bring extra supplies and be mindful of the neighborhood.

⸻Review:The house itself was very nice and spacious, and the proximity to downtown was convenient. However, the surrounding area was a major concern. There is an abandoned house directly next door, and during our stay, a homeless man started a fire inside it. The fire department, ambulance, and police all responded because they believed there was a deceased person inside. The overall neighborhood appears extremely rundown and resembles the projects. If this had been a summer trip, I likely would have stayed elsewhere. We also had an issue inside the home—my 10-year-old daughter woke up covered in ants. I immediately contacted the host. In fairness, they did offer to come spray and sent someone out, but since we were leaving the next day, I told them we would simply move her to another bedroom. What was disappointing was the lack of compensation or acknowledgement of how unsettling the experience was for a child. I asked several times about a partial refund or some form of compensation, but the only response I received was the offer to spray. My daughter was understandably jittery about sleeping in any of the other bedrooms after that incident. While the home itself is beautiful and spacious, the surrounding neighborhood and the unresolved issue with the ants would prevent me from staying here again.
