Wonderful customer service... Beautiful house... Great location!

We spent the weekend in Nashville for my 30th birthday a couple of weeks ago. I can not say enough great things about the level of customer service Alissa provided during our stay. She was quick to respond when we had any questions and was very helpful. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to easily walk to the gulch to eat dinner, and even walked to Broadway afterwards-which was a short walk as well. I would definitely recommend staying in the SIgler house! We had plenty of room for 4 couples and the open floor plan was great for entertaining. Thank you, it was a wonderful way to celebrate my 30th.

Beautiful home but...

I am going to tread as lightly as possible while leaving this review. I myself am an rental host, and have utilized multiple rental sites as a guest on many occasions. This is the most expensive trip I have ever booked for a 2 night stay (I have taken in to consideration the fact that there were big concerts in Nashville the weekend of our stay so I understand the rate.)

The location was perfect for our stay, the home was easy to find, amenities were plentiful, and again, the home was beautiful.

However, this is the first time I have ever encountered a rental with specific instructions that we were given, and these were the biggest pitfalls to our weekend getaway. "Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (inside/outside) $**** fine for smoking." While I (we) completely understand the owners stating no smoking inside, the limitation of no smoking OUTSIDE on property is a bit much.

"Parking is limited to 2 vehicles," this is in reference to the 2 parking spots at the back of the home (yet the home advertises it can hold/sleep 10), and the street parking at the front of the home is only available if there is no one else utilizing the space (most homes on this street are rentals, thus many cars).

And the most inconvenient element of the rental property, "fees will be deducted from the $*** damage deposit for any towels or sheets with Makeup on them." We are staying in this home for 2 nights, 3 days. We are to paying $**** for this stay, yet we are threatened with fines for makeup on the linens? Even in the crappiest of hotel/motels, there is not a fee for USING the linens / towels to clean yourself or sleep on with a "dirty" face (makeup). Myself and the other women in my group literally went out and bought our OWN pillow cases, towels and rags once we saw the details of the rental agreement as we were worried we would be FINED for using their things and leaving MAKEUP on them. Now, I do understand this may seem like a petty hang up, however, it was a BIG hangup for us, it was not only inconvenient, but also an element of stress and/or worry we should not have had while on this trip. I did inquire about this request/restriction, and the response was "def bring your own linens if you are concerned." We should not NEED to bring our own linens for the cost of this rental.

Again, beautiful, convenient to the area but we will not be returning. Some may find these restrictions to not be an inconvenience, but they were for us.

Gorgeous house

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party. The second floor does stay quite warm but after turning down the AC low and cranking up the fans, we were comfortable. Close to downtown and overall very nice

Sigler Ave House

A group of 8 of us stayed at the Sigler House for CMA Fest 2018 and it worked out great. The house is very spacious and was able to give us all the room we needed. It is located close to Midtown and the Gulch (about a 5-10 minute walk) and downtown is only a little over a mile away (1.7m to Nissan Stadium if you are adventurous!). You can walk it but Uber/Lyft is so much easier and quicker. The place is very well stocked with bedding, appliances and kitchen items - cooking meals is not a problem. Michael (owner) was easy to deal with and responded in a timely manner - we will not hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.

Wonderful Property!!

We stayed 5 nights in this great property. Excellent location, near to downtown, Music Row, 12 South. House is gorgeous and well appointed. The owner has set the house up with all the little things that make you feel welcome and home. We really loved it and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful house, very comfortable

It was our first time in Nashville, this was a perfect house for my husband, 2 daughters and son in laws! Once we got our bearings, it was a great location!! We did have a couple minor issues, but Michael and Allisa were very attentive and accommodating! We would stay again.
