This villa consists of a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, US fridge, toaster, kettle, blender, Dolce Gusto + Nespresso coffee maker + filter coffee maker), a bedroom with two single beds with air conditioning, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with air conditioning, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed (non-air conditioned), a bathroom (bath, shower and 2 sinks), separate WC.
On the lower level there is a fourth bedroom with 140x190 bed with shower room and separate WC.
On this floor there is also a washing machine available.
Outside you will enjoy a beautiful space with a large terrace equipped with a pergola and a barbecue, for your meals outside. On the other side of the house there is a sunny swimming pool with large terraces around it with deckchairs and mattresses.
The port of Santa Lucia is 1km from the house. There is, among other things, a mini market, and various bars and restaurants. The sandy beach La Péguière in Boulouris is 1km away by car, and the town center of St Raphaël is 2km away.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
