Located on the 3rd and last floor, the accommodation offers a breathtaking view of the coconut grove and the green park of the residence, without any vis-à-vis, and with a sea view on both sides.

The apartment is 32m2 including 12m2 of terrace and can accommodate 4 people maximum. It is ideal for a couple or for a family with 1 child.
The apartment is composed of:
- an entrance hall with wardrobe cupboard and drying rack,
- a living room equipped with a double bed and a 90*200 sofa bed, a coffee table, a desk, a smart-TV and a wardrobe. A sliding bay window provides access to the terrace and the kitchen area
- a shower room with WC,
- an outdoor terrace equipped with a large dining table with 4 chairs
- a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, two hobs, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has free wifi access.

The apartment is non-smoking inside, smoking on the terrace and is not allowed to allow pets.

Rentals are possible with a minimum of 5 nights. For a shorter period, however, you can ask me.

From mid-October to the end of August, you will have access to the residence's swimming pools (650 m2) as well as all the activities organised by Pierre et Vacances (water aerobics, beach volleyball, steps, etc.), the children's and teenagers' club (for a fee), the restaurants (for a fee), the bars (for a fee), the laundry room (for a fee), the mini-market and the free and secure 24-hour parking lot.PGJyPg
The residence offers you privileged pedestrian access to the coastal path by the sea - 10 km round trip - ideal for a morning jog, a sunset walk, and to access the white sandy beaches and the village of Sainte-Luce (touristy and lively)
