**HOUSE IS A DUPLEX: Each floor is rented separately.
UPPER UNIT: This gorgeous waterfront duplex is located on a quiet, serene inlet, adjacent to the Barge Canal with access to Oneida Lake. Perfect for boating, kayaking, and fishing. Floating EZ dock system. Both units available to rent together upon request and availability.

Each unit has large eat-in kitchen, equipped with large/small appliances, Keurig, washer/dryer, grill, large deck, floating dock, and kayaks/life jackets for all. Included in rental are linens, towels, free Wifi, 3 large screen Samsung tv's and lounge chairs.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 Bedrooms each with a queen bed

Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife. 18 minute drive to Turning Stone Casino.

We absolutely loved our stay! My sister and I brought our 83 yr old mother to Sylvan Beach so she could catch up with her girlfriends since grade school. We moved from Canastota 46 yrs ago and loved coming to Sylvan Beach as kids. Our visit was amazing and a lot of that was because this house was perfect. Sitting on the porch at night watching the boats, walking to all the restaurants and beach and sitting at the beautiful island in the kitchen made our visit even better!! It was very clean and Stephanie made everything so easy!! We hope to visit again someday and would definitely book this house again and next time use the canoes!! Best house in Sylvan Beach!

Great Stay!

The upstairs unit had a generous deck with lovely views of the canal that goes out to the lake. A quick walk across the street and you can catch an incredible sunset! Inside the house we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. I highly recommend.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay! Great communication with host, and the listing was exactly as pictured/described. Many amenities were provided throughout the house that were convenient. I can not express how perfect of a location this was. Easy quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars, but far enough from the main road that it was quiet. We loved the amazing deck that overlooks the canal. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first VRBO experience and couldn’t be more pleased! Everything we needed was within a sort walking distance and the dock style and location was perfect for our 21’ boat. Plenty of room to park the truck and trailer on our side of the driveway

unique boat house with very good view

The location of the property is very good. We were enjoying sit at deck and see gooses playing in water with their babies. sometimes, we could catch a big fish jumped out of water. it is a nice small town.

Relaxing Beach Weekend

Loved the property and location & kayak/fishing dock. Perfect location to walk to local restaurants or ice cream shop or beach. Property was modern and clean. Area was tucked away so a bit quieter which was ideal. Owner resolved internet issue promptly and was a gem prior to arriving with check in instructions. Would recommend for sure.

Enjoyable Getaway

The host, Stephanie, was very responsive and hospitable. The rental was very nice and extremely clean. Fantastic getaway rental to enjoy the nostalgia of where my husband grew up. It was a great way to experience his summer vacations as a child. The location has onsite parking and is in walking distance to everything at Sylvan Beach. This rental overlooks the canal with access to dock, kayaks, patio, and grill. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again.
