Amplio patio, perfecto para barbacoas familiares, la propiedad está cercada, ideal para que jueguen los niños. Si lo desea, el Parque Bicentenario al otro lado de la calle ofrece grupos de juego cada vez más grandes. We had a fabulous stay at this apartment. The owners are wonderful and everything was clean and orderly .. just lovely ! The only stupid criticism: Not that we went to the beach to sit and watch TV but when we did, it was very difficult to get the TV to work- connecting to channels was a challenge .I can't wait to go back again next year and visit my beloved Long Beach Island

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults to enjoy a few days in Beach Haven. It was very clean, the beds and couches were comfortable and it was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We didn't utilize the kitchen, but it was stocked with the basic cookware and dishes, so we could have cooked if we wanted to. Maria was an attentive host. We would stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway!

The place was immaculate! Newly renovated and super cute. Excellent location, walkable to lots of things but not too close that you heard traffic or noise. Very enjoyable stay.

Super close to the beach, great location

Very cute unit, nice and clean, has everything you will need for a getaway. Conveniently located, a couple mins walk to all the shops, park and other attractions, beach is only 1 block away. Owners are very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely re-visit.

Beach Haven Family Wedding

Enjoyable visit to Beach Haven for a family wedding. House was great, very clean, comfortable and cute. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Location is great, park across the street was very nice. Nice proximity to beach!

Maria was a great host! Full of helpful advice and very gracious. The location is the thing...right in the middle of Beach Haven's historic district and an easy walk to the beach and many local attractions and restaurants!

Perfect Beach Haven Location

We had an excellent stay in the home during a very hot week in the region. The house was cooled perfectly by the combination of the window AC units and overhead fans. The best thing about it is the location, one block to the beach and a short walk to the grocery store and all the other shops on Bay Avenue.

2024 wedding

Needed a place for a short stay, wedding at Brant Beach Yacht Club. Perfect location, quick jaunt to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! Place was everything we needed. Would return again and again!!!

Sweet relaxation

We stayed three nights and enjoyed preseason rates in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was immaculate. It had full amenities and a great location that allowed us to walk anywhere we wanted to go.

Fine lodging- great location

It was nice. Unit was smaller than expected. Kitchen felt a little grimy and we didn’t want to use the dish wear because there was no dishwasher and we didn’t know how prior tenants cleaned things. Location was great.

Bring your own linens!

This rental was fine, and it suited us for our very short visit. It was clean, though it lacked much of what I'd expect to find in a VRBO. For example, no shampoo/conditioner/shower soap. No coffee. Most surprisingly, a few days before the rental started, I received an email reminder to bring my own bedding and towels (buried in a mass of other rules/requirements). This was shocking because the listing didn't mention bedding wasn't provided, and it even said that all bedding/towels are washed at a specific temperature. Whether the host meant to or not, this was misleading. Fortunately, the host was kindly willing to provide us with bedding and one bath towel per person, as we traveled from out of state and didn't own the correct sized sheets. But I felt like a burden asking for this basic item... which isn't a good feeling. But she did provide them. Also missing were hand towels in the bathroom. So just keep in mind this is bare bones minimum. It's also quite small if you're staying longer than a weekend. The stairs are extremely tall and steep, so keep that in mind if you have folks who have difficulty with that kind of thing. Note also that they ask you to sweep, vacuum, and MOP! And pay a cleaning fee. It's one of those places! It was definitely very close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and all that good stuff. The room with the two twin beds can hear outside noise from the bars, but the queen room was quiet.

We pride ourselves in having a Beautiful, very clean, comfortable home, for all our guests, in the heart of Beach Haven, steps to the beach, close to all the activities, and wonderful restaurants. Here in LBI it has been a custom that tenants bring their sheets and towels, as per the listing. I am happy to attend to the needs of all my guests in providing anything they may need, in this case sheets and towels at no charge. Also No cleaning fees, as listed in VRBO.

Super Cute

Very cute and clean! Smaller then I had expected but worked fine for a weekend with 4 adults. One thing not mentioned in the write-up, Master Bedroom enter/exits through the only Bathroom. Great location, you can walk to everything!
