All New 2 bedroom home is bright, clean and offers a beachy feel. The home offers new kitchen & appliances w/ coffee pot, 2 toasters, toaster oven, pots & pans & all necessary supplies. We offer plenty of towels & linens, shampoos & some toiletries The yard is cool & relaxing & private. New outdoor set with cushions, small BBQ if needed. Plenty of shade in our yard & very private. We want you to be comfortable & Make our home feel like yours.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all lights are off and doors including back slider is locked. Blinds kept closed
Please do not leave food in sink or dirty dishes, please at least put dirty dishes in dishwasher if needed. Please leave all dirty towels in plastic hampers, not on our floors
Please make sure cushions are stored back where you found. gates are completely closed and garbage is in correct garbage pails.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO EXTRA GUESTS, NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO PARTIES, Cameras on site 500.00 deposit for all stays extra for dog guests & after 4 guests
NO smoking/vaping in house, including backyard. You may vape in backyard but NO SMOKING. If you smoke, please use street & don't throw cigarettes
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH AC OR HEAT. Please put all outside cushions away after every use. Disconnection of internet will result in a fee charged
