This new construction townhome summer 2021 is located in a small gated community 15 mins from downtown Atlanta. Just 10 miles from the ATL airport, which is a quick and cheap uber ride to relaxation. In addition, the home is in close proximity to all Atlanta attractions including but not limited to Tyler Perry Studios, Centennial Olympic Park, State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, College Football Hall of Fame, Civil Rights Museum, and the Martin Luther King Center.

Hello, my friends and I enjoyed our stay, no really major issues other than the kitchen needy to be sprayed because we saw ants. The bathrooms were cool.

Short Stay

Lots of space, convenient location to stores and vegan restaurants. Host was outstanding with promot and friendly communication. I just wish there was an air fryer cause I try to limit microwave usage. I would stay at this location again

The beds were broken, need new toilet seats and need to be a little more clean

The picture is nothing like it states I had to clean on my own it’s nasty the beds are not clean and sturdy the doors are all off the hinges the draws has a bunch of snack papers in it and it was so filthy it smelled like roaches and dirty clothes wen I went in der and they charge a arm n a leg n it’s not worth it the host is great the place is not the wifi sucks its always going out u cant hardly watch tv all the buttons are gone u will not enjoy ur stay they need to upgrade everything in the house the bathrooms are perfect the rest sucks I hate to write this bad review but im speaking the truth the money not worth the stay

DO NOT BOOK

Hello unfortunately I will not be leaving a five star review for this property. The house was filthy including chips/food I found in the couch, the floor was dirty the bottom of my socks were black, the kitchen had a horrible stench smelled like a dead mouse and/or garbage was left behind, glasses had stained lip stick on the rim that I took directly from the cupboards, the water was lukewarm in all the bathrooms and the drain in one of the showers kept getting clogged causing dirty water to build up around your feet! The ceiling has water damage and is noticeable. The TV was not functioning and when I reached out to the host he was not responsive AT ALL! I would never stay at this property nor recommend the pictures online are deceiving and I’m requesting a refund.
