great place to stay,

Debra was a wonderful lady to rent from. She went out of her way to make everything perfect---especially the yummy fruit basket and delicious breakfast bread.

Owner was very helpful and attentive. Nice place, great view! Beach is very close.

The property is well maintained and it was centrally located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Beach was great and very close. View from the balcony was awesome, we sat out there every evening.

Relaxing stay

Great view, great location and lots of things to do within walking distance! If your willing to drive 30 minutes even more things to keep your attention. Would go back again!

Beach Bliss and rockets red glare!

I have never stayed at a place where the host has thought of EVERYTHING! Debra's condo is so lovely and welcoming as is she! The view is awesome and walking to the beach to see the launches was extra special. Truly relaxing and felt very safe! Everyone we meet in the complex was friendly and helpful. We hope to be back!

Great hospitality

Debra couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She gave us a virtual tour of the condo before arriving, so it made packing and check-in very easy. She made herself very accessible when we had questions throughout our stay. Debra even provided wonderful welcoming gifts! The condo's location was excellent. We loved the sunny balcony and proximity to the beautiful beach. We had a wonderful visit!

Great condo with a beautiful view

The location of this property was perfect, adjacent to the ocean with easy access to the highway, We especially enjoyed the 6th floor balcony that faced south, which allowed for a bright cheery living area, a quite space to sit in the sun, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, The unit was spacious, well equipped and met all of our needs. The heated pool on the south side of the complex, with a gate to the beach was especially enjoyable. Prior to our final booking, the VRBO representative and owner disclosed there was construction scheduled on the exterior of the building and there could be some noise during the day; this was most appreciated. A great place to stay and wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Another great vacation at Windward East!

We were lucky enough to have the Condo for the entire month. The weather was lovely, usually between 84 to 86 degrees. The breeze off the ocean was delightful. We did not have to use the a.c for our entire visit. The Condo is lovely, clean and a perfect location. The beach view from balcony was amazing. You can even see the beach from bed! Ahhh...the bed was so comfortable. At night, we would leave the window partially open and we were lulled to sleep but the sounds of the waves. The place is well equipped for a wonderful stay. Nick and Barbara were very accommodating and welcoming. We will definitely return and in the meantime enjoy your stay. You won't be disappointed.

Great stay

I just finished staying 2 months at the condo , condo is very comfortable clean and well supplied , being on the 6th floor provided us with beautiful views , the complex is very quite well maintained and my stay there was very enjoyable and relaxing .

Great stay!!!!

My wife and I just competed a 4 month stay at the Condo. WOW!!!! What a great time we had. The pictures don't do the Condo justice for how nice it is. The view, from the 6th floor balcony overlooking the ocean, is really great. Everyone at the condo, Condo Manager, Maintenance, and the Rental Agent were great to work with. We will be back in the future!!!!

Just as advertised: GREAT!

My wife and I spent the entire summer at this wonderful condo. The place is beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect (we walked to most places). I echo all of the comments made on how wonderful Nick and Debra are. We were treated so nicely by both. Our stay can be described in one word: relaxing. The condo is well stocked in every way. We enjoyed the beach each day. We watched a satellite launch (from Cape Canaveral) from our balcony. Enjoyed so many wonderful moments here. I would highly recommend staying at this amazing condo.

Another enjoyable month..

My husband and I just recently returned from our 3rd year in a row renting this unit for the month of March. The location is perfect. The listing and photo's on VRBO were a perfect depiction of the unit and it's location. Thanks to the kind owner the unit is very comfortable, clean and well maintained and has all the amenities needed to make one feel as if they are vacationing at home. The south eastern exposure enabled us to enjoy warm sunshine on the balcony even on the chilliest of days. The property manager, Nick, has always made the business part of renting very simple and pain free. We hope that some day we will be able to return to this unit for another vacation.

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay at the condo! Nick make booking the condo super easy and we loved working with him. The condo was very comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean from the balconies was so relaxing (you can even sit on balcony if it rains cause it's covered). Our greeter, Barbara, gave us great restaurant places (Yen Yen, Roberto's, Brano's, Pig & Whistle, and finally Barrier Jacks). We didn't have to bring bulky beach towels because they were provided in the condo (big and fluffy towels). The building was very secure from the public and I wouldn't have any problems staying their alone or with a girlfriend. The park next door is very nice and they keep it clean, and there is a lifeguard station right next to the building if you are traveling with little ones and want to swim in the ocean or play on the beach. My husband and I definitely want to return and have been telling all our friends about our stay...and showing our vacation pictures, too! Thank you, Nick, for making this a fantastic vacation! Oh, I can't forget to mention that the best Mexican food is at Azteca II....omg, SO good!

Another beautiful month at Windward East

My husband and I enjoyed another wonderful month in Cocoa Beach. We are return renters to the unit. The condo is wonderful, it is exactly as depicted on the listing. Location is wonderful! We loved again being able to walk to everything. Although A1A is a very busy highway, the condo sits back far enough so that your are unaware of the busyness out front, you can just enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the sliders. We are grateful to have once again had a wonderful vacation and look forward to our return in 2013.

Hear the Ocean 24 Hours a Day...

My husband and I rented the unit for the month of March 2011. The unit was exactly as depicted in the VRBO listing. Nick was extremely helpful to us from the beginning of the rental process right through to the end. The property was well maintained. It was so nice to go into the unit and have the essentials such as condiments, papergoods, soaps etc which we replaced as we used. It was great to be close to many restaurants - some within walking distance. The Sunset Grill, Lobster Shanty and Brano's were among our favorites. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to go back in the future.

November Sea Breezes

I agree with the many great points that have already been made about this condo. A few I can add: The southern exposure was fantastic. Sun all day !!! Opening the windows on one end and the slider on the balcony created an awesome sea breeze through the condo. The thermostat was set to "OFF" the entire 2 weeks. Wish I could do that at home. Ron Jons was a 15 minute walk, the pier 25 and downtown Cocoa Beach a healthy 35 minutes. With everything in between I rarely had to start the car. The one thing that sets this condo apart from the many others I have stayed at is the professionalism. From the help with booking and other arrangements from Nick to the welcoming from Mike and Rita, we were made to feel at home. And there is nothing better than feeling at home in someone elses home. Thanks for a wonderful escape !!!

Heaven on Earth!

Imagine this! You fall asleep in a genuine (Westin) Heavenly Bed, lulled by the ocean surf, and then you awaken, gazing at the glorious ocean sunrise while still resting in bed! Well, you are so well-rested, it doesn't take long for you to stroll onto the balcony with your morning coffee or fresh orange juice to continue the promising sensations of the day. Watch the pelicans and other seashore birds, or watch surfers and early fishermen, or settle back with your eyes closed still relaxing in the gentle ocean breeze while you plan your activities of the day...this balcony offers the perfect setting! The "icing-on-the-cake" for me is - NO BUGS! That's right, no flying/biting little critters! Since I live in rural America, a vacation from any kind of bugs is truly a worthy respite! From the lobster pot in the overall well-appointed kitchen, to the full size Foreman grill on the deck, to the ample array of beach amenities, we didn't want for anything other than more time to enjoy everything,

Viva Cocoa Beach !

Fourth visit at Cocoa but first time in a condo. Clean, comfortable, directly on the bech, near of all services, Publix, Health care center, Optometrist, etc , etc .It's not the last time! Less then 1 hour from Disney ans Orlando's attractions. The balcony has a view on the beach. Vraiment incroyable comme endroit! En alternant les visites à Orlando avec les journées de plage au Condo, nous avons pus relaxer entre les visites de parcs thématiques. C'est très paisible et calme, la piscine d'eau salée est très belle. La plage est à 2 minutes de marche et tout les services sont à proximités. À environ 1 km de Ron Jon, 1 heure de Orlando et ses différentes attractions. C'est hyper propre. Notre famille vous recommande cet endroit sans hésitation

BEST SPRING BREAK EVER......

We loved our Spring Break this year. Got to see the LAST night Space Shuttle launch on April 5th right from the beach. Was an experience that the boys and I will have FOREVER!!!! The weather was the best I've had in prolly 10 yrs on Spring Break. The Condo was GREAT. It is just like the pictures and descriptions. We had the best CONNECTIONS with getting all the paperwork and keys transferred, etc. It was an absolutely smooth transaction. When we had questions or concerns, we got very quick responses, and everyone was very helpful. The location of condo is great to all your needs, shopping, groceries, etc..... We would definately recommend to friends and family, as we are prolly gonna rent again before the year is out, and maybe for Spring Break next year......

GREAT CONDO

What can I say that has not been said already. Very well furnished. Great balcony--sun all day. Condo has everything you need for inside, pool and beach. The view from the balcony of the beach is fantastic and there is no building beside you to obstruct the view. Heaven !!

Beautiful Cocoa Beach

Had the great fortune of staying at this beautiful condo in cocoa beach area. The condo has everything you could possible want 'and then some’ Kitchen is well laid out with all your needs taken care off, Fabulous sitting/dining room with a wonderful balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. My wife and I even had the good fortune to watch a satellite been launched from the near by Kennedy Space centre which we viewed from the balcony. This condo was a little gem great comfort and well designed also an easy drive to all the attractions. Booking this property was so simple and straight forward.As we where travelling from Ireland our contact was Nick Johnson; Nick made the booking process so simple and arranged our arrival and keys pickup.
