Cozy and clean little house with everything you need plus beautiful art and loads of charm. Close to everything we needed, and so quiet. Loved our stay. Kris provides a great home away from home!

It makes me happy to have people enjoying the Route 66 experience and if my home is a small part of that, even better. The house was left in immaculate condition, always much appreciated! I particularly enjoy comments left in the guest book! Thanks so much and come back again!
Kris was a great host. The house was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Albuquerque.

These guests were so easy to communicate with and left the house in fantastic shape! More importantly, they were kind enough to alert me to a couple of issues that I might not have been aware of if they hadn't said something. I am forever grateful and they are welcome back anytime!
A great place to stay in Albuquerque! The house is immaculately clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable with the restaurants of Central Avenue a few blocks away and Humble Coffee a few blocks in the other direction. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with, and exceptionally accommodating. My husband and I have stayed here several times, and it has always been a pleasure.
Kitchen had everything you need. Home away from home

These guests left the house in immaculate condition. I am always grateful for the kindness and consideration of guests like the two that stayed at my home.
This is a great house with a super nice owner in an area of Albuquerque that is wonderful. We had a super nice stay and would rent this house again in a moment if we wanted to return to Albuquerque, give it a try!
This was the best experience! Great communication from Kris from booking until after we left. Cute house in great shape and a great neighborhood, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It's close and easy to get to everywhere we went. We'll definitely be back the next time we make the trip to ABQ.
This is our most favorite spot to stay in Albuquerque! Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and an excellent host! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, spotless and hot showers. Book it if it’s available!

I am so happy to have these guests as regulars! They are much more than guests, I consider them friends! I left a load of towels in the dryer and was going to have to double back to take care of them and these lovely people saved me the trip! I am truly grateful.
Great stay! The house was as described and clean. We appreciated the written notes around the house. Great location.

These guests could not have been nicer! Took great care of the house and alerted me to a raccoon trying to make a home in the rafters of the covered deck! I was able to himanely take care of the problem before the next arrivals!
We encourage roadrunners. Raccoons? Not so much!!
My relatives stayed here for the Thanksgiving week, and it was perfect! Kris was extremely helpful and attentive. The house was quiet and had all the amenities you could want. The location is very central. Close to Nob Hill and also not far from the foothills trails. Would definitely recommend!

What a lovely couple these guests were! We had an easy time communicating and they left the house immaculate! The note they penned in the guest book warmed my heart, as I lived in the UK as a child. I would welcome them back any time!
The house is clean, cozy, and just what we need. This is our second time renting and Kris has been wonderful to rent from. She is extremely responsive and helpful.

I welcome these guests anytime! They have family in the area which makes it special. They left the hpise in great shape and I enjoyed having them.
What a lovely home! It was perfect for our visit to ABQ for UNM Family Weekend. Close to campus as well as the biopark and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The home itself is comfortable and clean, with a great back patio and lots of light. The kitchen is great, and we appreciated the tea and sparkling water. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

About the host
Hosted by Kristin (Kris) Neel
My name is Kris. I am a New Mexico transplant and have lived in Albuquerque since 2005. The NM landscape and culture has grown on me and I am happily rooted here now! I work in the clinical laboratory field in one of the big hospitals in town. It has been a challenging year or so, to say the least. My children both went to high school and college here, but now live out of state. I am currently living with my significant other not far from the house. I like the idea of having it enjoyed by friends, family and visitors when I am not there. I was a military brat growing up, so I have had the opportunity to travel and live in some beautiful places. To be in one place for this long enabled me to finally commit to buying a home and putting down roots. I love my little house and am happy to share it with people who will hopefully love it, too! Albuquerque and New Mexico both have so much to offer visitors! Enjoy your stay!
Why they chose this property
My home is in a beautiful neighborhood filled with young families, retired professionals and friendly people. It is walking distance to Route 66 (Central Avenue) and many of the galleries, shops and restaurants that line that road. The ART busses (Albuquerque Rapid Transit) have stops close by and will whisk you quickly to Old Town and Uptown.
What makes this property unique
The house at Marquette is close to the Albuquerque International Sunport, Kirtland AFB, two major hospitals, the Nuclear Museum, the University of New Mexico and numerous top-notch breweries. Quick access to both I-25 and I-40.
