This convenient property features a king size bed. A fully equipped kitchen that includes, mini refrigerator, 2 burner countertop stove with coffee maker and blender.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Leon is situated in the most amazing place. Literally, in the heart

of the Romantic Zone. You can walk outside your door and are only 20 steps from Olas Atlas and 100 steps, in the opposite direction, to the beach.



Other Things to Note:

Maid service is available on request for an additional fee.  Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay.  If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.

Clean, within a block from the beach. A little noisy but expected with downtown location. Very small room but perfect for a couple.

Everything was in good condition and as advertised. Our host was readily available when needed, our place was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay.

Great location price and size

Great, efficient property. Walking distance to everything. Bars, restaurants, beach and night life. Water pressure in shower could be better. Sometimes a little noisy outside at night but only with the increased number of people visiting for the holidays. Great mom and son food stand next door. Easy access to groceries and cash machines. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay because if the location. Recommend Cafe San Angel for great food, drinks and crazy inexpensive prices. The staff at PV Getaways were quick to respond and checking in on our stay. Thank you!

This little place is close to the beach which is very convenient but that’s it. This place got no windows no balcony nothing to look outside. You will feel trapped like a bunker and very noisy anytime of the day specially early morning and evening til 1 so be aware. And the public toilets is right next door so the smell is horrible.and I can keep going for more but I’ll stop here

Great location

This place is all about location. One block to the beach and few meters to the main street with so many restaurants. The place is totally independent and from the door you are at the side street. If you need a visitor to come over, no problem. Youopen the door and there is a Taco place, they are very nice. You get an order and after the lady prepares it she knocks the door and you get it. The place has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A little noisy in the morning but we still woke up at noon. The check in was a little trouble, but we did the booking last minute. Be sure you get all the details days before. I recommend this place, very good located

Nice little place but it's street level & horribly noisy

Cute little one room apartment but street level and extremely noisy. I had issues with the door lock twice. 1st time, called the host and they came but couldn't unlock it either. I had to remove the lock from the door myself from the inside to get out. 2nd time, leaving the condo the door wouldn't lock, host came and fixed it again. Booking & check-in process was a little off as well: Host has different cancelation/pay in full policies than VRBO's. Didn't receive check-in instructions until night before arrival, which said we'll meet you at the condo. I waited on the street for while and finally called the host and they arrived about 10 minutes later.

Nick, I’m sorry you had issues with the door. Here in Mexico the sliding gate lock has a safety screw that prevents the lock from opening. I’m glad we figured out why the gate lock was not opening. Glad we resolved it right away. Thank you!
