Condo has king-size bed, two bathrooms, sleek, modern furniture, sleeper sofa, air-condtioning, full kitchen, laundry, and a sliding-glass wall that opens onto a patio overlooking Lazaro Cardenas Park and the sea. Building has 24-hour concierge service, elevator service, well-equipped gym, underground parking, maid service and a property manager on call for any problems.

We have been visiting PV for many years and found this unit was perfect for us. We're getting pretty old and are somewhat mobility challenge (in current parlance) and the location made it very easy for us to enjoy access to many of our favorite restaurants and shops. Staff was attentive and helpful. The rooftop pool and sunning area is excellent. We do look forward to future visits, as well.

Perfect location

This place was the perfect spot for our trip. Location was amazing and building is super secure and well managed. Loved that it was adults only and the rooftop pool/terrace were a dream. The rental management company was easy to work with and addressed our only issue (front door to unit not locking properly)as well as they could. Would absolutely stay here again!

Checked all the boxes!

Great condo building, secure unit, and staff ( friendly and helpful along with the owner) We enjoyed the location ( can walk almost everywhere from here) the well-appointed and maintained space. Our 3rd floor balcony overlooking the park and intersection below provided daily entertainment; the rooftop pool and terrace were well utilized by us on a daily basis as well. Would highly recommend.

fantastic!

This was our first time coming to PV off-season. It was great! The water was super warm, and the restaurants weren’t over-run with snowbirds. We always stay at the Park, and this is an especially nice unit. We like the urban feel to the Park, with the elevators, rooftop pool, concierge and the location in the heart of the Romantic Zone. We walked everywhere. The condo came equipped with everything, was very comfortable, and the air conditioning made for comfortable sleeping. We enjoyed the decor, the patio, the view, the friendly people who work in the building, and our host.
