The House :



From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by an ingeniously designed entrance and can drop off your personal belongings.



Then take the pretty staircase and discover, the large living room, the heart of this house. On one side, a comfortable living room awaits you, followed by the dining room open to a modern and very well-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker).



Finally, on the second level, is the sleeping area, offering you privacy and rest. You will find a first and large bedroom composed of a 160cm bed, then a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm). Finally, the only bathroom in the house, with walk-in shower and toilet completes this floor.



To summarize, Ty Gwen is this welcoming and warm home, with a touch of character, close to the city center and beaches.

The house does not have private parking space. However, free parking all year round is just around the corner from the house.

Since the house is in the city center, you will not find a container for your waste. You will find in the parking lot right next to the house large public containers.
