Located on the 3rd floor, this private condo unit offers a serene getaway. The spacious layout includes a large bedroom, a generous living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity room, and central A/C. Newly updated, with an ocean inspired theme, displaying art from local artists among other decorations. Relax on the condo's palm-surrounded balcony, a secluded tropical oasis.
The roomy bedroom accommodates up to four guests in two full-size beds. A large walk-in closet, two dressers, and a sitting area add comfort and convenience.
The living room, with a sofa bed (queen) and couch, can host 2-3 more guests. Enjoy the courtyard with swaying palm trees and ocean views from the sitting chair and footstool while watching TV.
The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a full-size electric stovetop and oven, toaster, air fry-oven, coffeemaker, and more. Stay hydrated with unlimited filtered water.

Tropical coziness

We have returned home after wintering for 3 months in this delightful cozy beachy condo. Each day brought new adventures beginning with our stunning sunrise strolls meeting friendly folks along the way, a car rental now and then took us to many points of interest on the island, then back to our cozy condo to prepare delicious meals or order in from the the poolside bar/grill, La Roc, which provided a very tasty menu for all. Coral Beach is beautiful and we especially want to thank Brian and Elmira for their assistance when needed and thank them once again for allowing us to share their lovely tropical condo.

The beach and ocean were spectacular and the condo location was perfect! Once we found our way around we enjoyed the market place and a couple of restaurants.Some are good like Cappuccino.We had a great lunch at Lelmo, but dinner wasn't good.They are known for their pizza,so if you go for dinner order pizza!! I can't say enough about the host Brian!!! So nice and helpful in ever way! Great with communication!!! The Grand Bahama was hit hard by hurricane Dorian,so they are doing their best to rebuild. Wonderful people live her.e..We had a great time!!

Paradise Getaway

This was a true dream vacation! It was everything we expected and so much more. Brian, the owner, was so easy to communicate with and answered me right away with any questions I had. He was truly wonderful. He and his wife even left us cute welcome gifts! 😀 The condo was comfortable with great access to the beach, pool bar, and restaurant. The restaurant, Laroc, had excellent food and daily specials. Don't miss the Friday night dance party. So fun! It was a beautiful and easy walk down the beach to Port Lucaya for restaurants or shopping. The water and beach looked like a postcard. It was hard to leave this gem of a location. We will be back next year for sure! Thank you for a much needed relaxing vacation. 🏝

Peek A Boo Seaview Condo

This condo is very well equipped for a long term stay. It has absolutely everything needed from cooking utensils to beach chairs and umbrella. The living room furniture was comfortable and the beds are wonderful. The shower is not very good. The holder for the handheld part is pointed the wrong way and is high up for a short person to reach. It is not mounted on the wall, it is mounted on a shower head. There is no towel bar in the shower room. Only a broken piece of one. Condo was not very clean. Some towels and a blanket were dirty. The closet that holds the beach chairs, mop and broom and miscellaneous other things is just piled up with stuff. No organization and just covered with a flimsy curtain. Our stay was nice but the condo definitely needs some care and attention.

My husband and I stayed at this very clean, quiet and beautiful condo community for 10 nights in February 2022. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It provided all the basics coffee maker, full kitchen, cooking, baking , glassware, towels (beach & bath) beach chairs, sunbrellas & plenty of pillows. The balcony had two chairs with a table and a view of the ocean . Livingroom had two couches, a chair and also serves as the dining area with a table/chairs. Bedroom and walk in closet are large with plenty of coat hangers and dressers. The beach is very nice and not very busy. You can walk to the Straw Market in Lucaya. Brian and Elmira's communication was awesome along with their taxi and car rental suggestions. Shout out to Zelda and Zane for being there when we needed you!! #wrongisland .Also to C & V Car Rental. If I could give any advice for traveling to the Bahama's during these covid times it would be. Every person in your party needs a Bahama's Health Visa prior to flight check in, keep rechecking for errors if you don't get approved within hours, get a negative covid test no more than three days prior to flight, if you are fully vaccinated you DO NOT have to fill out the daily health log with the $100 a day per person fine, the "2day" test starts the day you arrive as day 1, the "5 day test" was eliminated while we were there. You have to schedule a "return home" test one day prior. By the time I post this all has probably changed. Freeport needs your Love.

This place offers different experiences to our guests. Some enjoy the peaceful tranquility while teleworking or getting away from the daily hassle. Others enjoy the convenient location allowing them to enjoy the island’s adventures and local entertainment.
But there is one memory that they all take home with them. It is an incredible variety of rich colors of the Caribbean at sunrise, sunset, during the day or the moonlit sea. The unit is just steps away from the beach making it easy to access the beauty and bring the memories back home.
