This gorgeous 866 Sq. Ft. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is the perfect combination of all things natural and organic in a luxurious setting. From a furnished private balcony with a double chaise lounge and a table set for two with breathtaking views of the Intracoastal. Enjoy your relaxing living room with a plush white organic sofa that converts into a bed, and a 4 seater dining table that leads to a private master bedroom with a king-sized Keetsa mattress, covered in 100% organic cotton sheets. Guests staying with Five Star Luxury Travel at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach have access to all hotel amenities just like hotel guests.

There is a mandatory Daily Resort for all reservations under (30) days. This fee is also paid directly to the hotel once at the resort. All bookings 4 nights or longer in length will require a mid-week cleaning of $125 plus tax every 4 days. The cleaning includes fresh linens and towels. Payment must be made to the management company upon booking.

Nice venue, not great owner/operator

We got there on January 1, and trying to find the owner/operator to let us in was a long process. They claim they have a concierge, but other than one person who got involved after several days of no contact at all, no one seems to care. The washing machine was broken when we got there, and after 4 days they said they could have the part the 5th day, but we were leaving after 6 days, so that was useless.

Hi Lawrence, Thank you for your feedback. Check-in is at the resident front desk, this should not have been a long process. The check-in functions the same as if you were checking in at the hotel. I am very sorry to hear that your washing machine was not working. I do see noted on your account that our housekeeping team took care of all laundry due to the machine being broken. Unfortunately, the piece was not in stock at any local stores and needed to be ordered. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay and we can't wait to welcome you back.
