Lakefront Home on quite/protected cove on Lake Conroe with private pool

This Gorgeous single family home features vaulted ceilings, spacious bedrooms, with flat screen TVs all with Netflix and full YouTube TV, three and a half large bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances, two large refrigerators, a laundry room with washer and dryer, central AC throughout, ceiling fans in every room. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.

Step outside and you will find an large outdoor covered patio with a BBQ Grill, outdoor seating and a private pool.

Beyond the large outdoor patio, you can’t help but be memorized by the open waters of beautiful Lake Conroe, just beyond.

Beyond the patio, you will find a private pool and a spacious lakefront wood deck. Walden provides 2 launch ramps as well as tennis courts, and a high end restaurant at the yacht club.

Please understand that our property is located in a quiet community in Walden and that we are quite close to our neighbors. That being said, we adhere to a strict 10pm -8am quiet hours outside of our property. Loitering in front and around the property is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside, on the back deck or near the boat dock and please discard your cigarette butts immediately after. This ensures that we keep your visit free of any interruptions.

Should you violate these rules, there is a zero tolerance policy that will be executed and will result in an immediate removal from the property, without refund.

Maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any given time is 14 including children. The Maximum number of adults allowed on the property at any given time is 8.

Street parking is prohibited. The driveway is large and can accommodate any vehicles present on the property. Only park in the driveway and/or the garage at any given time.

The owners have a severe animal dander allergy and any animals brought on the property could cause owner to have a severe allergic reaction when on the property.

We just stayed at this great lake house for the weekend. We were three families with kids, and it was perfect. The house was very spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pier looks brand new, and being able to park our boat right there made it so convenient to head out on the lake. The kids had an amazing time, and so did we. We will definitely be coming back!

Great 4th of July weekend!

Great house! Plenty of room for all 11 of us, ages 6 to 70. Beautiful lake front property on quiet cove. New dock and boat slip was perfect for our 25ft Bennington. The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing off of the dock. Adults enjoyed the Walton CC pickleball courts. Management responded swiftly to all our questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Fun on Lake Conroe

Celebrating family birthdays on Lake Conroe was a hit! House was roomy enough for all. Great neighborhood with lots to do. Some went to Racquet Club and played tennis. Brought our boat and kids had a blast tubing. Listened to live music at The Breakwater Grill. Played cards and board games with a great view! Will definitely be back.

Fun with Friends

This is our 3rd time renting this property. It is perfect for our weekend with 8 ladies - plenty of beds and bathrooms. We love the patio for our morning coffee and afternoon wine. It has a lovely view of the water on a very quiet cul de sac. The property manager has always been very accommodating and helpful. We are getting ready to rent again for the fall.

This house has everything you need. Plenty of space to gather and spend time as a family. The patio and deck are wonderful. The kitchen has plenty of supplies. The beds are comfy too.

Excellent home for a family stay!

This property was a great place for my family to stay while in Montgomery for a family wedding. Very nicely decorated, immaculate and situated on a pretty cove on the lake. Would definitely reccomend!

Fall Girls Getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this house for our girls weekend. We love it! It's spacious, comfortable and perfect for a big group. We love sitting on the patio with our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. The setting on the water is so peaceful. The property manager is very accommodating and quick to respond to my messages. We will definitely be back!

Wedding vacation

Overall mostly satisfied, had some crazy raccoons in the attic in the night. There were animal traps setting in the breezeway, so clearly they were aware of the problem. Made sleeping hit or miss any given night. Also, no trash was removed from previous guests, so the pile was huge when we left.

Serene on the lake

The property owner was so nice. The vacation home was so much nicer than it looks online. The house had everything my family and I needed. And the area of the house was so gorgeous we didn’t want to leave and we even got to see deers !!! The neighbors were very friendly. I will use VRBO vacation homes from now on. If you like the fishing and sailing or just serenity Lake Conroe is a nice place to be. This was my family and I second trip and we can’t wait to go back.

Nice big clean home.

Everything was fine. But next time may get a place on the other side of the lake. But we may just rent the same place again because it worked for our 3 families and we would know what we were walking into.

Best place/best host

This was by far the best place that not only accommodating our family of 12 but the host was hands on with every single concern or question we had from the beginning to the end.. we will def be back as we do every year!
