Modern 2 Bedroom Luxury Villa With Stunning Sea Views of Chalk Sound

Royal Palm Villas offers a blend of indoor and outdoor living with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests.

It features 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The villa has 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and also an outdoor shower off the master bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, expansive pool area, fire pit, BBQ area with grill, free full-speed internet and wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, towels, linens, and fully air-conditioned indoor areas. The master bedroom upstairs has access to both a front balcony and back deck where you can sit and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The second bedroom on the main floor has its own private balcony and access to the upstairs balcony.

It is just 2-5 minutes drive away from Sapodilla Beach and Taylor Bay, both with their magnificent white, sandy beach and turquoise water. A rental car is recommended, as you are staying in a quiet residential community, but within a ten-minute drive, you can be in the heart of Grace Bay with its award-winning sandy beaches, bars and restaurants, and a wide array of shops.

Overall our entire experience was amazing. For the price this place is incredible and the hosts were great, however, be sure you message them on Whatsapp as they were slow to respond on Vrbo, but they left their numbers on the fridge to reach out at anytime. The location is super chill with not a ton of people nearby and it's just a short drive to numerous beaches. The villa is super clean, updated, modern, and is packed with a ton of things like sunscreen, pool toys, water sport items, beach towels, etc. so nice to have all of these things during your stay!

Family Spring Break

The villa was beautiful, just as depicted in the photos - even more spacious than expected. It is in a very peaceful location, but note it is not close to restaurants or Grace Bay. We split the trip between here and Grace Bay, so the balance was perfect. We ran out of dishwasher detergent and there was no washer/dryer detergent. We messaged the host, and they delivered supplies within one hour. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Anniversary stay

Spent a wonderful 3 days in this beautiful home. The privacy and quiet was so refreshing after a very busy work trip. The house was sparkling clean and very well appointed with tasteful furnishings. Time away

We had a fantastic eight-night stay. The villa was clean, well decorated and comfortable with a nice view of Chalk Sound. The host was very responsive. We spent most of our time lounging and relaxing around the pool which was the perfect temp for cooling off from the heat. The pictures are true to life, we would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the house. Liked being away from the touristy Grace Bay Area. Had a few hitches with technology, etc., we could not get resolved, but minor issues. Easy commute to all activities, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again !

Beautifully appointed. Very clean. All the amenities - and then some. (Soft, cushy towels.) Spectacular views, especially from the master bedroom. 30 minutes drive from the action, which allows for quiet solitude when you choose. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking views of Chalk Sound. Property as advertised and more. Responsive owners. Outside amenities are fantastic, Fires at night by the pool as you start gaze. It is a little drive to Grace bay but 2 beautiful beaches within 5 mins as well. Would definitely return.

Great house and the folks that we communicated with were great to deal with. Pool and outdoor areas were awesome! Quite breezy where you are located which is nice with the heat but makes it difficult to dine outside. Upstairs AC doesn’t work the best but the ceiling fan moves quite a bit of air.

The accommodations were fabulous! We were away from the crowds and close to the beaches. The home was very clean and just as described on VRBO. The only thing I would say is that do not expect to hear from Tatum and Wes. We tried numerous times before and during our stay to make contact with no response. Hospitality is a zero.

Chalk Sound

Perfect property for 2 couples. Upstairs views, porches overlooking Chalk Sound and outdoor shower make the upstairs the superior spot in the home. Perfect of kids are the other couple downstairs. Very nice pool, well equipped kitchen, very clean and modern. Very quiet, very few cars go this far North, occasional plan noise but not at all bothersome.

Island Paradise

The Royal Palm Villa did not disappoint. The views of Chalk Sound were amazing, and we loved being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Taylor and Sapodilla Beaches and away from the hullabaloo around the resorts and Grace Bay. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the owners responded promptly to all inquiries. We stayed in and cooked several nights, and the kitchen is well appointed, as is the entire home. We also appreciated the pool and beach accessories. My only complaint about the home is that we did indeed have to leave it! Our family of four was very comfortable there, and we highly recommend the Royal Palm Villa as a wonderful home away from home for any island adventure.

Exhale Villa is owned by Wesley & Tatum Clerveaux, in partnership with his brother Jerry Clerveaux. A young couple with a passion for nature. Both Wesley and Tatum are marine ecologists, employed with the local Government.

The couple lives on Island, in the downtown area (10 mins away) with their two young kids. We have another property on short-term rental and we decided to expand and purchase this additional property in 2017.

Both are happy to share their knowledge of some of the more exciting places to visit and available opportunities on the island.

Why they chose this property

Royal Palm Villas was purchased in 2017, by Wesley and his brother Jerry. The attraction they had for this property was because of the peace and tranquility of the area, with the gentle breeze while lounging on the deck.

A place where one could come and relax and experience nature at its best. A home away from home.

What makes this property unique

The location offers absolute peace and tranquility and is less than 10 mins drive from Sapodilla Bay Beach. This beach with its white powdery sand. and clear waters are quickly becoming very popular.
