This residence, made up of 5 apartments, offers you a breathtaking view of the lagoon, the sea, Marie Galante, Dominica and the Saintes!!!

In the heart of St François you have all the advantages that the city offers you: shops, restaurants, activities...
This 180m² apartment (including 40m² of terrace) with its studio, located on the 1st floor, can accommodate up to 6 people:
*1 Suite of 33 m² with 1 King Size double bed (180/200), private shower room, private toilet, dressing room, and air conditioning,
*1 Room of 18 m² with 1 Queen Size double bed (160/200), private shower room, private toilet, and air conditioning,
*Guest toilet,
*1 Living room equipped with a sofa and an unobstructed sea view,
*1 Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the lagoon,
*1 Terrace equipped with a table and chairs and a garden lounge to enjoy the sea view.
The studio (located on the same floor):
*1 Air-conditioned living room equipped with a sofa bed
*1 Equipped kitchen (Microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker...)
*1 Private shower room, private toilet.
High-end services, charm, luxury, serenity and refined decoration...
To know: The rates vary depending on the number of occupants and the number of rooms rented (a rate for 2 bedrooms and a maximum of 4 people, a rate for 2 bedrooms + the studio and a maximum of 6 people).
