Villa 6p private pool Orient Bay Beach
NEW Villa PRIVATE POOL and WATER TANK 6p In the heart of Orient Bay, Villa Ginger is located just steps away from the beach and restaurants On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with a connected TV, a convertible sofa, a bathroom, and a toilet A shaded terrace with a dining area (high table), outdoor furniture, and a private pool Upstairs, 2 beautiful bedrooms with access to a large terrace (hammock), 2 private bathrooms, and a separate toilet. A/C wifi, parking.
Guests have access to the entire villa, the pool, and both terraces. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues leading to occasional water cuts. To mitigate any inconvenience, we have installed a water tank to ensure a water supply during these interruptions.
No smoking inside, allowed on the terrace Please respect our neighboorood and the Earth Respect checkout rules
At the edge of the Orient Bay beach, its famous restaurants, water sports and local shops Close to Hope Estate shops by car: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery 10 minutes from Grand Case airport 20 minutes from Juliana SXM International Airport 15 minutes from the Dutch side
