The “427” is a new, independent gîte: a small house (55m2) designed for two on a large plot of land, with a terrace and panoramic views of the Bauges. It is located in Faverges-Seythenex, close to the centre, a stone's throw from its castle, 10 minutes from Lake Annecy and not far from the ski resorts (Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Espace Diamant, etc.). It offers Wi-Fi, modern comfort and stylish decor.
Ideal for relaxation, cycling, paragliding, canyoning and golf (nearby). Perfect for a nature and sporty getaway.
