Leider nicht wie beschrieben

Da wir einen Hund haben, habe ich ein Haus mit umzäunten Grundstück gebucht. Das Grundstück war nicht umzäunt, sodaß der Hund die ganze Zeit an einer Leine gehalten werden musste, das Restaurant war auch nicht 500 m entfernt wie beschrieben, sondern nur durch eine Hecke getrennt. Fenster zu dieser Seite konnten nicht geöffnet werden wegen der angrenzenden Restaurantküche. Auch das Sitzen auf der Terrasse fiel aufgrund der Gerüche und des Lärmpegels weitestgehend aus. Teilweise das Mobiliar und Geschirr verdreckt. Die Wärme im Haus teilweise in der Spitze bei 38,5 Grad. Bei Regen hat es reingeregnet... Strand klein, übervoll und dreckig. Für das Ferienhaus in dieser Kategorie und dem Preis- nicht akzeptabel.. Küche und Bad wie beschrieben renoviert und schön. Alles in einem - ein Reinfall!

Das Ferienhaus hat keine Grundreinigung bekommen aber 60 Euro Endreinigung das muss gezahlt werden.Kleiderbügeln fehlten-Eierbecher -Weingläser-Brotkorb-Auflagen für Stühle und einen Sonnenschirm denn man bei 33 Grad braucht oder nicht-denn drinnen war es auch nicht zum aushalten.Kommentar von der netten Frau vor Ort -Sonne ist überall warum dann einen Sonnenschirm unverschämt-Werden bei Novasol kein Haus mehr mieten.
