As a host, I am always available to address any issues or concerns that guests may have, and I would have been more than willing to take immediate action to rectify any problems had I been made aware of them. I would like to address the point you raised about being aware in advance that I live downstairs on the property. You were informed beforehand about the living arrangement, transparently communicated by the previous client who referred you.
