I would agree with most of the reviews posted for this unit. The few worth repeating are the fact that the bed is near the entrance of the unit as well as the facility, it can get a bit noisy at night when trying to sleep. Besides that the unit worked out well for us. The facility itself was great and well maintained. The kids loved the pools. The unit is close to the beach and downtown restaurants so that was great too.

Perfect getaway

This is the secind time my husband and I have stayed at this property and we will definitely be booking again and again when we stay in Lake Geneva. The property is centrally located to everything. You have a beautiful view of the lake when you walk outside. You are eitin walking distance of the Riviera and many restaurants right sround there. You can walk to the downtown where there are many cute stores. The room itself is a great location because its the first room as soon as you walk into the Cove and up the stairs or ramp. Elevator is right there to get to the pool. You are also right by the Cove's coffee bar if you wanted to grab something in the morning. It was easy to get a hold of the owner when needed & went above and beyond for us, the room was beautifully remodeled, the room had a nice sitting area overlooking the pool area. I highly reccomend booking this proprty for you next stay at Lake Geneva

Great place to stay in Lake Geneva, accommodations were very nice with great on-site restaurant/bar. Easy to walk to anywhere you would want to go in downtown Lake Geneva.

The Host was excellent! However, the floor needs to be washed (not carpet). The bottom of our feet were black! Also, the checkout time needs to be consistent with the other units in the facility.

Pros: great location, decently decorated, resort has lots to do. Cons: condo needs a good deep cleaning. Balcony was dirty and has a huge vent that blows and smells like gas.

TERRIBLE.LOUD!!! not what I was expecting at all. By far this has to be the worsed VRBO I had ever stayed in. First I never would have booked this place if I had any indication that it was right next to the lobby and the elevator, and to top it off the bed was the first thing you walk in. Who put a bed next to the main hallway,elevator, lobby. Didn't sleep well at all. Everything dusty, the smell off mold in the shower. The furniture was way to big for that space,and the floors could use a deep cleaning, actually the whole place could use a deep clean. The coffee machine still had old water in it that was cloudy, soon to be mold im sure well I could go on and on but I hope you get the picture, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

We were disappointed that the pool closed the day after Labor Day and the temperature was in the 80’s. The condo was in a great location!! We liked the restaurant on site. We would come back and stay here. Everything was presented well in the pictures.

We had a great time during our stay! The location was perfect, in walking distance from the water, watersports, shops and restaurants. The fridge and freezer sizes met our needs perfectly. Loved the ambiance of the condo. The bathroom needs updating (looked like a DIY) but was generally clean. Definitely recommend!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. It was nice to be near the entrance and breakfast coffee bar. however it did get busy and loud due to being near the entrance on Sunday but less traffic On Mobday and Tuesday.
