This modern and tastefully decorated 45m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Parc des Buttes-Chaumont!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a bar table for four.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and espresso machine with classic capsules and dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs and fans for your comfort.

The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200).

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided, and the toilet area is separated.

You will have access to Wifi with ultra-fast fibre and a dedicated work area.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the property is equipped with the latest generation inertia radiators in each living area, providing optimum comfort.

It is located on the 4th floor and is accessible only by stairs.

20th Arrondissement is an excellent location for exploring Paris. The Place de la Nation, Parc de Belleville, Père Lachaise Cemetery, Tomb of Jim Morrison, Saint-Ambroise, Paris, Great Mosque of Bagnolet, Belvédère de Belleville, and Square des Amandiers are all nearby. The Gambetta station is only steps away, and the Pelleport station is only a 7-minute away. The Paris Gare de Lyon station is only 3.2 km away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Bellevilloise, Le Perchoir, and La Maroquinerie. Cafes, such as Chez Prosper and Moncœur Belleville, are also nearby.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pyrénées (line 11), is just a one-minute walk.

Paris-Orly and Charles de Gaulle Airports are approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
