Casa Buriano 6 persons in villa (2 apartments!) with private pool

POOL is shared with guests of the second apartment!
Our stone house is located in the middle of an olive grove with 500 olive trees, on the hills of Quarrata a few kilometers from Pistoia away.
The house is divided into 2 large and completely separate apartments: "FABIO" and "GIULIA", each with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms.
The entrances of the apartments are on opposite sides. So privacy and peace is saved, even if the apartments rented are rented!
Before each apartment in the garden is a table with chairs and umbrella.
In addition, there is a gazebo with a long table where about 12 people can sit.
The apartment "GIULIA" develops on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads directly into the living room furnished with sofa and piano. Next to it is the dining room with fireplace and a table for 8 people. Here on the ground floor is also a complete bathroom with shower and daylight.
The kitchen has a glazed door that opens onto a cotto tiled terrace. The kitchen is directly in the garden and is equipped with hob with gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are available for more than 8 people.
A beautiful modern staircase made of wood and iron leads upwards. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with daylight and washing machine.

Above the living room opens an open gallery, where - as needed - one (or 2) additional bed (s) can be provided. We recommend this room for children / teens because the maximum height of the room is 212 cm. This apartment can accommodate up to 6-7 people.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Pool is open from 15th may through the end oft he first october week. These dates can slightly change every year according tot he weather conditions.
Heating: heating costs ARE NOT INCLUDED. If guests need heating, heating costs will be calculated on effective consumption. GPL price will be calculated taking the price shown on our latest bill. According to Itlian law heating is permitted from 1st November through the first April week.
