Welcome to my apartment!

Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 75m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed (160x200), and the second has a double bed (140x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Its most famous monument is the Basilique Saint-Denis, a magnificent medieval cathedral housing the tombs of many of France's kings and queens, making it an important place of pilgrimage for history buffs.

The city is characterized by a blend of modernity and tradition. Traditional French architecture can be found in some quarters, while others feature more contemporary buildings.

The streets are lively, with local markets, restaurants offering a variety of cuisines and stores selling products from all over the world. The vibrant atmosphere is further enhanced by the city's frequent cultural events, festivals and concerts.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Front Populaire (line 12), is just a 3-minute walk.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
