The property features a balcony overlooking the garden, offering a l spot to enjoy your morning coffee or take in the serene views of the greenery below.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a fridge, an oven, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wifi during your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The apartment is located in 19th arrondissement Paris. Located above Belleville, one of the most popular neighborhoods where a melting pot of cultures is reinventing every day its kaleidoscope of cuisine, colors, music, and odors, it is definitely one of the best places to experience all kinds of food and humor at a very reasonable price, well away from tourist’s traps and tricks. There are many shops nearby, as well as the Buttes-Chaumont park which is one of the largest parks in Paris with beautiful spaces and a clear view.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Buttes Chaumont (line 7B), is just a 6-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a € 20 surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
