Great place in Montmartre

Home away from home. One truly gets a feeling of living in Paris apartment. Host was very approachable and welcoming. He let us check in early and gave us lots of tips on where to eat etc. Located close to metro which gave us easy access to the whole city. It was comfortable for the whole family of 4.

A homey place with plenty of space

Excellent communication with host. Very comfortable place with easy use. Like visiting an old friend. Very homey, not sterile. A nice walkable neighborhood with close cafes, restaurants and shops. Quiet and residential area.

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful setting. Host Mathias was perfect, with great tips and everything went perfectly. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was incredibly quiet. The amenities were perfect. Everything was close by: bus and metro, several stations within easy walking distance, short walks, and in the heart of Montmartre. We would definitely stay again!

Mathias was an excellent host. Great communication and he made the check in process very personable. We are a family of 5 with two teens and it was a good size for us. The place was clean and felt like a home. Walking distance from so much to eat and do. And very easy bus/metro access to get to everything Paris has to offer. I strongly recommend to others.

Wow, what a wonderful home. As an American traveling with family to France, this home has all the charm of Paris flat you'd expect! Our hosts were the absolute best, they made sure we felt comfortable our whole stay. All of the suggested local shops were spot on. The corner store and bakery at the corner were god sends. Such nice people, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Up the street are some of the best little shops, you can find anything you need! We cannot recommend enough! Thank you!

Place at Montmartre, Paris

The host, Mathias, greeted and showed us around his place. Very hospitable and always prompt to response to my messages. To top it off, the welcome goodies (wine baguettes, cheese, salami, etc) made our day after our early evening checked in. Wonderful job, Mathias!

Extended weekend in Paris

We were two couples in an extended weekend. The apartment is queit away from traficnoise. The apartment is in two flors connected with a steep stair. The two toilets and bathrooms was a big advantage. The host, Mathias is very helpful and accommodating.

great stay in Paris

Mathias was a fabulous host. He communicated well and made easy to follow videos on everything from the entry on check in to using the heating system and was even willing to help via facetime on the stove operation. The apartment was as described and fit our family well. Mathias was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine. We had ample space for our stuff. Mathias was also very good at giving suggestions on local bakeries,shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment.

It couldn’t have been better. Mathias is a wonderful guy, so helpful and communicative and made a late arrival easy with clear instructions and pictures. The place is perfect for 4 and is so clean and very practical for all of Paris but the area itself is something else, there are wonderful boulangeries/cafes/bars, and a fantastic market at the bottom of the street twice a week. Cater your own meals or est out, as there is everything there for you in the 18th. I cannot say enough about the wonderful owner or the residence, it is the best place we have ever stayed in Paris (5th time here), and Mathias is the most wonderful person to deal with. I wish that I could give it 6 stars, it is that good.

Comfortable, great location

The 5 of us came to Paris for the first half of the Olympics. This space was perfect. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on a bus route and a short walk to several Metro stations. The grocer down the street and the Bakery just a couple doors down were so convenient. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Our host, Mathias, was great! Went above and beyond. Was very flexible when we arrived very early. Greeted us with croissants and fresh sqeezed orange juice & A care package of wine and sausage. Mathias was great with communication throughout the process and while we were staying in his home. Very respectful but also asking if we needed anything. Gave suggestipn for local restaraunts and directions. Great guy. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaraunts. Easy to find after a long day with the Orange Bike shop downstairs. Great home base for anyone visiting Paris. Thank you Mathias!!

Ruhige kleine Wohnung. So lebt man in Paris. Für die Ankunft war alles gut vorbereitet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Beachtenswert: Um diese Wohnung via Fewo mieten zu können, benötigt man 2 positive Bewerbungen. Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, sowie alles für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe.

Montmartre- best place to stay in Paris

Mathias hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt, als auch Tipps zur Umgebung gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr ruhig, nahe an allen Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs, Metro ist auch in 5 Minuten erreichbar und es gibt etliche Cafés und Restaurants im der Gegend. Und hat es super gefallen und sind nur schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause gefahren… a bientot!

Von Beginn an wurden unsere Fragen zügig und mit viel Geduld beantwortet . Dafür vielen Dank.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war sauber und zweckmäßig für einen Aufenthalt in Paris. Wir waren zu viert ( zwei Erwachsene und zwei ältere Kinder). Alles was man zum Leben benötigte war fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Bus ( Linie 95 ) gegenüber war wie eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt. Die Metro ( Guy Mouquet - Eingang) Linie 13, brachte uns zum Invalidendom. Obwohl wir mit dem Auto da waren , war die Metro unser bevorzugtes Fortbewegungsmittel. Sollten wir nochmal nach Paris kommen , werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen . Danke an Matthias. Karin aus Köln

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung in Montmartre

Wir verbrachten zu viert ( 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) sechs angenehme Tage in der rue Damrémont. ( Info für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: Es gibt eine steile Treppe in der Wohnung). Die Wohnung in der zweiten und ersten Etage ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet überdies Wifi, TV, Notebook und einiges mehr. Das Treppenhaus ist eng und etwas renovierungsbedürftig, verfügt aber über einen (sehr) kleinen Aufzug. Vor dem Haus hält der Bus 95, der einen mit der Metro oder direkt mit dem Stadtzentrum ( u.a. Louvre) verbindet. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Umgang mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm.
